Cistern in toilet faulty: running all night Hot tap/faucet on bath/shower broken/seized- impossible to use Television reporting 'no signal' on all channels other than foreign languages. Six large holes in bedroom wall- some wall fixture removed and half-inch bolt holes left in wall- no attempt to repair wall. |

The proximity to the University College Dublin. Staff was not very friendly, the food was not very good (overcooked), but the bed was comfy and I slept well. However, while booking.com said I would be pre-charged for the room on my credit card, when I got to the hotel they said I hadn't been and needed to pay for room. This caused some confusion at check-in. |

Hotel is ok - but far from city center (approx 15-20 euro in taxi) and on a busy road. Did not slep much due to drunken kids smashing the hotel up at 3 am. Hotel staff was extremly sorry and tried to deal with it. All in all good value for money. |

Good atmosphere and service, located near the city and easy to pick up buses and taxis. Breakfast costs were too high, especially if you only drink coffee. |

simply its convenient location for the purpose for which I travelled and the fact that it was on an Aircoach route. The room I stayed in was badly in need of a makeover: the wallpaper was peeling off in places; there were puncture holes in the wallpaper where something had been removed leaving the screw holes clearly visible; the paint on the skirting boards was flaking; there was black mould on the tiling and the bath/shower surrounds; the furniture was in poor condition and the carpet was badly stained and... |

For the price it was good value. Couldnt turn down the room heating, so had to open the window which was then very noisy, not good enough when we specifically requested a quiet room, and got one "over the bar". Eventually got moved to another room |

There was ample parking, the bar had a good atmosphere and the rooms were a reaonable size. Every night, around 2am, the room would become uncomfortably hot despite the radiator being turned off; this happened in the 2 other rooms that my staff were using so it was not an isolated case. |

Proximity to work. Bar food was not great value for money. Choice of dining venues nearby was not great for someone who does not know the area. Room was noisy due to an expell- air on the roof , or something. |

The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked out early and the hotel charged me a different rate. I asked if there was a penalty for early check out and they said no. Obviously they should have let me check out without penalty. |

I liked the size of my room for the price i paid for it. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The dirt in the bathroom etc., was very ovious. Also, i was'nt given a receipt for my stay. |

Nice staff in the bar and the lonnegan bar outside but run by the hotel. Very confused staff regarding payments , lots of hassle and bad service in regards to that. They charged me and said they didn´t but I called my bank and they confirmed it was sent to them so they had to release money again.. Thank god my bank was so good! Otherwise I would have been stuck with no money and double hotel charges! 'Pay in advance! That is my advice to anyone that wants to stay here |
