it was like a home, everything was clean and new maybe you can change towels and linen twice a week also cleaning facilities could be twice a week if you stay long. We stayed 8 days and cleaning lady came our 6th day. Maybe more cleaning facilities. |

The apartment was very accessible to the city centre for shopping. It is also a short walk from the o2 arena for concerts. It is decorated to a very high standard and is spotless and comfortable. The staff in the offices could not be more helpful regarding directions etc. |

The freedom to come and go as we pleased. The balcony and location was very good. The specification of the building was good quality and the fixtures and fittings were well thought out and designed. We felt very secure and comfortable in the appartment. The windows and carpet in the lounge were filthy and badly stained. The iron didn't work which caused a major problem at 5 in the morning when it was required (though promptly replaced by the staff when highlighted later)! The fridge was so cold it spoiled the food and milk because it froze and didn't have a thermostat that we could find. |

Spacious, pleasant apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Helpful to have secure parking under apartment block. Apartment 'tired': carpet & windows dirty, lots of things broken or not working properly. Near gate so noisy at night. |

One mile from downtown, with bus service to city center. Quiet location, comfortable living room and bedrooms. The rooms show some aging, with a worn living room rug and noisy refrigerator. These are not serious problems. |

Clean, comfortable and not too far from centre of Dublin. The top up function of the hot water heater did not work during the day so that by evening there was no hot water left for dish washing or showering. |

The Appartment was larger than expected Not enough provided such as: Dishwashing liquid, scourers for washing up, adequate t-towel, no spare blankets were provided, more labelling of heater switches needed, more information brochures on the city would be better, bus or train information would be good, |

We thought the location and overall security of the complex was excellent and we felt that the friendly and approachable attitude of the staff made for an excellent weekend. Thought the decor and furnishings were a little worn and dated possibly in need of an upgrade soon but overall comfortable. |

I liked that we had ample space and that it was fairly close to city centre I did not like the way we were supposed to get breakfast vouchers - i contacted reception and was informed that a lady will be around with them in the morning but no lady came and there was no further mention of breakfast. Check out time is also a little too early |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Apartment was well located and clean. I will definately stay in a home from home apartment again. As there was a group of 4 of us, the apartment ment we could all be together instead of splitting into different rooms in a hotel. The staff, especially Arthur were very helpful. |

I was extremely impressed as a first time user by the quality and level of service received. I will have no hesitation in using this property again. I found it to be a bright, perfectly clean, spacious and within the area that I required. The taxi rank outside the door was a bonus. |
