Score from 100 reviews Wonderful
Clean, comfortable and central location.
Large family travelling together so had to book 2 rooms and were put on separate floors. Also no parking available on the street outside.
Very central to Tralee town
The single room was very cramped, TV almost overhead the bed. No mirror on the wall in the room to dry my hair. Just too small overall
Mattress protector stained. Air filter in bathroom filthy with dust leading to sneezing. No hot water in sink Water in shower veered from hot to scalding No replacement of toiletries or coffee Staff totally indifferent. As I was asked to pay up front I had no recourse nor was any offered I was in room 301 and it was not fit for purpose. Reading other reviews I can only assume I drew the short straw. Expensive lesson. I was charged 110E for 2 nights bed only.
Convenience to town centre. Cleanliness of room. Having the choice of room only not including breakfast.
The room was stunning, high ceilings and well furnished. The location was really great, and while there were a few little hiccups the staff could not have been more accommodating. Would heartily recommend to anyone else.
Had a couple of problems with the lights not working and the shower head falling off... However, as noted above the staff were very good about dealing with this and made us feel unbothered by the difficulties.
A little bit on the expensive side
The building is wonderful both inside and outside. we arrived late that night and the girl was most welcoming.
the beds are very short being 5.5 im not the tallest but found it very hard to get a good nights sleep with feet hanging out the end! wonderful hotel just needs longer and bigger beds!
Great location, downtown can walk to everything. Staff very kind.
Like a lot of old buildings the bathroom was a bit small, if you have a weight problem you couldn't fit in shower.
There was no reception just a desk in the hall. A girl doing hovering was the only person there, in fairness she was pleasant and helpful. There was no one to leave the key with when I was leaving in the morning.
Convenience to town centre. Comfortable room.
Having to climb four flights of stairs with luggage.
Location was good in Tralee. Staff was great! They had a leak in the roof during our stay and they arranged to alternate accommodations just across the street for us and the rest of the guests.
The wifi really didn't work, it said connected but you couldn't use the internet or anything. Rooms were very small with limited storage. TV outdated. Carpet had definitely seen better days
Spotless room and bathroom and a beautiful building
I was a late arrival and was greeted by loverly warm and friendly girl just wish I could remember her name
Loved the location. Central to town & on a lovely Street. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Would have no hesitation staying here again.
Food was excellent, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable.
The location was perfect. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Fine big rooms, comfy bed, good nights sleep.
The TV was too small. If you are going to have a TV in a room, a match box size TV hanging in the corner of a big room, is pointless.
Staff was nice
Room was too small, paint pealing in the showers, rowdy kids hanging outside on the street at 3:30am in the morning.
The beautiful decor, the delicious breakfast and comfortable room with accommodating staff.
Location was perfect in terms of being near everything in town.
No staff at desk. Had to ring bell and wait. Rooms dingy and furnishings sparce. Bed was fair. Noise level from outside was extremely loud. Shower did not work at first and had to go downstairs to find someone to address the problem (which they did).
Friendly landlady and hotel very central for eating out etc
Ground floor room , clearly was reception room with two beds put in it. Felt very odd. Only one bedside table , poor lighting for reading. Carpet looked dusty , mouldy grout in shower. Kettle lid broken.generally felt rather scruffy and was expensive for room only.
staff , in town comfort lovely house
Excellent Location, friendly and efficient staff. Very clean. We stayed the weekend of Rose of Tralee and received info in advance on car parking etc, could have been more helpful!
Room was very small and one side of the bed up against the wall. Not easy to get in and out of when sharing with another person!!!
Location was good staff very helpful and pleasant we had some problems to which they responded as best as could but we checked out and they gave us a full refund for remaining days booked without hesitation
The room we had did not represent the description and photos on internet we paid same price as our friends but only had one bedside cabinet as there was not enough room for 2 could not walk past end of bed easily no wardrobe only hanging rail no draws to put clothes or personal items in very small shower very old 14 inch tv bed had a memory foam mattress or some sort of cover on as it made me very hot so found difficult to sleep
The choice of good food for breakfast
Matras to hard. Not enough water. No wifi on room.
