Large room, clean, bath and shower.

Leisure facilities were quite dated, plastic chairs in the steam room to sit on, chipped tiling around the pool and changing areas.

Breakfast / room service very good.

Stuffy rooms.awful view over flat roof with smelly vents and rubbish on.stunk of food being cooked.last night of stay there was a wedding so music really loud.should be warned of this when booking.parking poor no spaces on first night.no lift dragged suitcases up steep stairs.

bedrooms were a really lovely surprise. so roomy and the high ceilings were great. very confortable bed.

the price wasn't great but it was a wedding so we had no choice but based on the fact of its location I think it was a small bit steep.

    Not much

Premises needs a lot of updating, paintwork and carpets badly need replacing. No separate reception room for welcoming wedding guests who congregate in main reception area.Booked a double room but was given a room with double and two single beds which was cluttered

I had been quoted 70 euro per night for a single room which included breakfast, this was best price with booking.com, then when I went to check out of the hotel they said the price was 89 euro. They also said that they received a confirmation from booking .com which they showed me as being 89euro .

I knew the hotel for some time as I worked on d Waterford area some years ago and attended functions and a wedding in the Park. The staff down to the night porter are so professional and courteous to everyone. Just like a big family.

    Room was clean

Breakfast ( other than full Irish) was the worst I've had in an Irish Hotel in over 25 years, disgusting! Lack of choice, quality, freshness and imagination. Hotel is also old and extremely dated, Shame on you Flynn group I've stayed is all your other hotels and this one was appalling.

An excellent location and a perfect place to stay if travelling around Ireland. Very helpful staff and a comfortable hotel. Good food and a great breakfast. We stayed twice on way to and from England en route to Southern Ireland. We highly recommend others to stay here Eric Hudson

A very busy hotel with weddings and events. A quiet lounge would be an advantage.

Members of staff were very polite, and helpful, room was comfortable, breakfast was super, the kids really had a great time at the leissure centre, while I workedout in the gym.

The programme channels on the flat screen tv was not clear, the lockers in the men's changing room was all broken, (no locks to secure our belongings)

The friendliest staff I have met in a long time... from reception, to bar staff to waiters...

The pool area was a bit grubby (although very clean - yet doors on sauna/steam room etc needing maintenance. Too much chlorine in the pool. Bathroom door and window sills peeling paint

food was great : as before : bar-staff great : room comfortable, but looking a little tired ( check doors and windows for example )

the fact we were there for a family funeral ( the Keane family had booked a group booking and got a much better rate ) , and I booked my room late for my brother and I ( for our Auntie's funeral, who also was my godmother ) when requested on check-out that we were part of the Keane Funeral group and could we have that discounted rate : requested twice : it was declined : my brother and I feel inclined to write to the manager : and possibly utilise another hotel or b and b :
