I liked the restaurant. Staff very helpful. Very comfortable rooms. May need to provide more information on bus timetables. The hotel had only opened so the staff were not really familiar with the bus timetables. Got the hotel to call a cab for us to bring us in to the City and the taxi firm ripped us off and the receptionist confirmed that they ripped us off. Would suggest that the hotel get an account with one taxi firm with an agreed set price for fairs. |
