Bar closed at 11.30.No residence bar.
Excellent breakfast. Staff could do with being a bit more well informed though. Overall nonetheless, would stay again.
Very handy spot for shops, travel, live music, also lots of eating places .
Breakfast was nice, bed comfy
The price and the smakheads outside
Nice quiet room, even though in the heart of the city.
Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location right by the airlink bus stop from the airport, good for shops and food and a short walk into central Dublin, both sides of the Liffey
Staff, comfort, location
Good location, helpful staff
Decor a bit dull and crack in bath off putting
Darkness, lack of lighting throughout building. No atmosphere, dull. Staff sitting at front of building unfriendly although reception staff were better. Room had a stale aroma.
Could hear everything in the room. Walls are very thin
The hotel is very convient to the luas and train station the staff are friendly and the room was comfortable I allways stay at the Ripey hotel when We are passing-through Dublin
I would have liked if the heating was on in the room before we got there , but once it was turned on it soon warmed up
Staff were welcoming and very helpful, breakfast was good.
Lack of food at night and the bar was really cold to sit im
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and friendly.
One day the bed was not made up
Close to the Olympia.plenty of towels.
Greeted by a female member of staff with the most sour face. I don't think she was even able to smile. You have to climb over the toilet to step in/out of bath, the abundance of towels was needed to mop up floor as shower soaks everything. Waited for over 15 mins at about 1.30 am to be let inside.
Hotel is very central, clean & very good breakfast. All staff excelent.
Location, food service staff were all very friendly and breakfast was lovely
We couldn't check in until 3pm should have been 2pm as room wasn't ready, bed valance sheets were dirty, no fire evacuation notices or verbal instruction given, no food available in the evening, mould in the bathroom, bedside lamp wasn't working, handle missing from the dresser.could be a great hotel if more attention was given to detail!!
Location of hotel and great value for money. Have stayed several times the last few weeks
I've had no bad experiences with this hotel
The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable
The only complaint we had was the bathroom is very small and there not much variety at breakfast but what was on silent offer was nice
Big, comfortable and quiet (as much as possible in a hotel) room. Friendly, understanding, very kind and helpful staff. Excellent services (a good surprise being the storage room in case you arrived too early for the check-in and wanted to enjoy Dublin a bit without your luggages).
Very tatty bathroom.
Enjoyed all breakfast was lovely also. Very helpful staff through ought day and night. Defo stay again.
Didn't like the breakfast arrangement. Felt like I was in a school canteen
