Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Exterior lets facility down. Much nicer inside than you might expect from the outside.
easy to reach no noise from street great full english breakfast great pricing
the doors don't close properly walls are thin so people in hallway and in other rooms are easy to hear
Great hotel very friendly staff great breakfast but could have been a little warmer
Location and Everything else
Everything! Staff were welcoming, breakfast was delicious and the room was HUGE! I certainly will go back and highly recommend The Ripley Court Hotel. Also, walking distance to everything :-)
Location: close to bars, restaurants, shops, train station, 747 bus station, etc Quiet Clean Good breakfast
I didn't understood how to handle the radiator because no instructions were available (and I'm an engineer). Hence it was either too warm or mostly cold. A pigeon nest was close to my room and could hear early in the morning a lot of love & peace from them :) No radiator in the bathroom hence a bit cold I could not iron because the device was broken
Wifi was good
Location and accomodation as a whole.
Clean, comfortable rooms, very well priced, free Wi-Fi, excellent location for trains buses, and taxis. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk, friendly staff. I had to leave early so didn't have breakfast but on a previous stay it was excellent.
No hotel restaurant in evening. very limited choice of TV channels. probably being unreasonable here but like many travellers I had to leave early to catch a ferry and couldn't get breakfast as I had to leave at 07:00, which is when they start serving. 6:30 Breakfast would be great.
The hotel is comfortable and close to the city centre and Connolly station for trains and the Luas.
Heating in room didn't seem to work but I was warm enough anyway.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade.
Comfort of beds WiFi available Parking attendant was very helpful Shower was excellent
Decor was dated and did not reflect the photos Bathroom was in very poor condition within the room as bath panel was chipped, bath mat not very hygienic Staff not knowledgeable about surrounding areas and could not exchange money Additional charges not advertised incurred General cleanliness and decor not what I would expect from 3 star hotel
Good location, only a 5 minute walk to city centre.
One young receptionist was a little unorganised, I asked for a simple request regarding breakfast and even this was too hard to manage, otherwise no problems.
Noisy room after asking for a quiet room, room given was the one nearest the railway bridge. Bathroom facilities were shabby and not spotless
Great links to Connelly and luas line, travel to any part of Dublin from this hotel, breakfast excelent, staff always on hand to help, really enjoyed our stay.
Very clean n comfortable
Breakfast set up we had cereal in upper half not knowing the buffet counter closes punctually at 10.30 it is difficult to see the hot counter down steps. Maybe a sign displaying hot food would suffice.
Bed very clean and comfortable room functional breakfast absoutely fine
Booked as a couple had first night on my own would haved liked a gl of wine (no bar) little availability on tv/ bathroom requires maintenance sink stopper tiles etc.. found ear-ring!/ light not working in enterance
Able to park
Had to pay €10 to park
Great location, close to main shopping streets, luas, bus, great pubs and restaurants, hotel has a car park which was also very handy, nice clean rooms good shower friendly staff , nice breakfast. Very happy with our stay.
everything about this hotel was very good except for one glaring problem, there was no bar facilities for guests except between the times of 6pm and 11pm.
we arrived in the hotel at 3.40 and we wanted to go to the bar but were told by the receptionist it was closed until 6, and when we arrived back at 11.30 the bar was closed, we were told by friends who were also staying there that when they arrived back at 11.10 they were told the bar was closing and they could get drink but had to take it in to the reception area to drink
Size of room, good wifi, good water pressure, free coffee and tea in room, comfortable bed.
I was near elevator and so it was noisier than I like. Try to get something at the back away from the train line and elevators.
value for money, excellent shower , parking facilities and good breakfast
the bar area was very basic
The location, service, the room
Clean, nice staff
No tea making facilities in the room
It location and all staff I met were pleasant and helpful.
Could be be attention to detail eg light over sink not working.
