Beautiful comfortable beds and fantastic shower. Very efficient and polite staff No in room free tea and coffee facilities. I heard if you rang and requested tea you could get it. No complementary water. Constant knocking on the door on the morning of check out to get room cleaned, even though it was pre check out time. Door was knocked on at least four times. |

Quality of service was excellent- both the staffing levels and the professionalism they exuded made this a 5 star location Cost of overnight parking at 25 euro per night was expensive |

The fact that it was luxury hotel, we only stayed the one night so we didn't have much time at the hotel, we were going to a concert. One thing when we arrived, the hotel didn't seem to have our booking which you should have confirmed with them, its not the fact that this was not done by yourselves, but the fact was, what if they did not have a room for us, but luckily they did, so we were disappointed in your service.. You will have to take that up with the hotel themselves in this matter. They said that our booking reference was not from their website & that we should have confirmed this ourselves, but why should we if we have it down in black & white that it was confirmed by booking.com |

My guests enjoyed the lobby and the bar / restaurant areas and said the service was also satisfactory My guests did feel that the rooms and corridors felt very dated and tired, badly in need of a 'face lift'. They also commented that the carpets in the corridors were very dusty - bizarre as I understand the hotel was refurbished fairly recently, although it seems that the rooms did not get done - only the lobby and bar area it seems |

The atmosphere in the hotel was excellent and the staff were always available and extremely helpful/friendly.The chocolate truffle cart was a nice surprise when we later returned to our room The following morning, when the restaurant was very busy (all sleeping in after Valentines) ,we decided to have our breakfast in our room and they extended our check out time to let us relax. |
