Everything apart from the lack of parking!
The parking (lack of thereof).
Surprise to find such a gem in Belmullet Room 19 suite very luxurious All mod cons Beautiful meal in An Cheibh downstairs excellent service
Time too short in this great boutique hotel
This has been one of the best weekend breaks I have experienced. The hotel was so good that my partner and I started trying to find things wrong for fun! and we couldn't , they have thought of everything even down to the nespresso coffee machine in our bedroom. I can only speak for our room obviously, but the theme was great. We ate in the bar on Friday night (huge portions really good food) and ate in the restaurant on Saturday, lovely food well presented generous portions for such quality food. We cant wait to go back, even contemplating a honeymoon there, truly a fab experience.
The Welcome when we arrived from the receptionist and bar and restaurant staff Super eficient staff Always helpfull
The four poster bed and the food
Loved everything about this hotel. The bed was super comfy and the room, and the indeed the entire hotel has been decorated to a very high standard with considerable attention to detail. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly & helpful and the breakfast was delicious (with plenty of options to choose from, all cooked to order). Top class hotel
Some of the design and decor is OTT and fussy. The bedroom lighting is poor and location of bedroom light switches "challenging ". It's very expensive with Dublin prices .. But it's Belmullet ..?
Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Good food.
Lack of private parking a major disadvantage.
Gorgeous, very modern hotel! The bed was amazing!!
Minimalistic stylish and modern rooms. Beds where comfortable and slept well . Reception was very friendly. No car park but off street parking was sufficient as quiet enough town. Highly recommend the hotel.
Just that there was no private car park.
Suite was exceptional - staff most helpful - loved every moment
Excellent hotel, great service and great staff. Will be back.
Friendliness of staff, bed comfort and the decor Breakfast was fab too.
Wish you could do more "special offers" .Its a long way to travel from Scotland, overland, but if there were deals available ,we.d do it.
Excellent service from all the staff. Thank you.
The rooms were superb and well appointed. We had everything we could have wanted, our room was huge with a fantastic bathroom and and oh so comfortable bed.
Clean, central location, loved the decor. great tv and coffee machine.
bath too small. wooden floor a little slippy. Very expensive for room service to deliver breakfast.
Fantastic value for money. Beautifully decorated hotel with all the comforts from home and even more
Rooms were superb, bathrooms great, breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
Our room was gorgeous. Extremely clean. Bed was super comfy. No complaints.
We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay at the Talbot. We stayed in the apartment across the road for 5 days, which has a stunning view of the harbour, but what made the Talbot special was the staff - they were all lovely, in particular Doreen on reception and the bar/restaurant staff were exceptional and made our stay special. The food in the bar was good and portions large but try the restaurant if you can, as it is stunning. The apartment is huge, can easily accommodate six and it was great to have a washing machine and nepresso coffee machine. The hotel is right in the centre of Belmullet and walking distance to both the church and Broadhaven Bay hotel (we were there for a wedding) and we would not have stayed anywhere else. It is a 5min drive to Carne golf course, the best links golf course in Ireland in my husbands opinion. Would highly recommend.
The apartment could do with a little refresh, a touch up of paint and replacement of some of the more tired furniture would make the place really special.
food was good - but didn't quite match the comfort
very friendly staff, great welcome. excellent facilities. room very quiet and relaxing. spacious. food in restaurant was fantastic - great value considering taste, presentation, surroundings, size of portions. and all fresh. same goes for breakfast.
Everything!! All staff were lovely on the ball and so friendly. Very clean. Food was great. Would recommend and hope to stay again when return to area
We stayed at the talbot hotel for 3 nights and found it very enjoyable, the hotel was very comfortable, the staff always friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely beautiful , I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay on north mayo!!!
Nothing , everything was perfect!!!
A chique Manhattan style boutique hotel in a contrasting rural hippy Town in Ireland's Frontier land. think 'sex in the city'meets....' game of Thrones' yay!
Dark bathroom floors can hide unclean areas!
