The Townhouse Hotel  

Està molt ben situat .a més, la parada del bus de l´aeroport està al costat.I, Una cosa molt important, els llits són molt còmodes. També en destacaria l´amabilitat del personal.

L´hotel és un edifici antic , per això portes I finestres no tanquen hermèticament.En el nostre lavabo, hi feia una mica de fresqueta.Però, un cop visites la ciutat ,t´adones que la majoria d´edificis són antics I mantenen les finestres de fusta antigues.

El seu ambient i les seves sales, impressionant decoració i molta amabilitat per part dels empleats de l´Hotel. Permet espais d´intimitat per mirar internet, llegir o planificar les sortides per la ciutat.

Nicely situated, in the midst of everything, shopping, trains, restaurants & close to airport buses. Nice personel, nice hotel, good general areas & free hi-fi: super!

VERY NOISY ROOM located in front of a roof full of ventilators running all night long. How about investing in soundproof windows? I work in a hotel and I would never give a room like that to a client who had specifically requested a QUIET room.

The reception staff were friendly, helpful and wonderfully cheerful.

The bathroom was a let down - mouldy shower.

Location was very central and the price wasn't to bad. They have free wifi, which is really useful when you're travelling. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

DO NOT TAKE A ROOM AT THE BACK OF THIS HOTEL! There's a service road which houses industrial air conditioning units which buzz 24 hours a day, the back of a pub, which is 'lively' until 1am every night AND THEN the garbage trucks back down it very slowly between 1am and 3am, revving their engines and beeping their reverse buzzers all the way. Then they use a mechanical lifter to empty all the trash into them for the next 10 minutes. Sleep is a luxury.

Very welcoming staff. They gave us a free breakfast, which was delicious! Nice clean rooms and excellent communal area which seems to attract friendly people from all over.

David at front desk extremely welcoming and full of valuable information, very friendly. Location perfect for seeing the city sites.

Quality of room nothing like photo on booking.com (very small, not clean, paint falling off walls).

Super friendly and helpful staffs. Luxurious decorating room. It is close to city center and shopping area. I would like to recommend the townhouse hotel to everyone.

The kindness of all the people working at the hotel, the proximity to the city centre, the price and quality of the breakfast and the rooms. I think that everything was perfect!

While the hotel is situated north of the River Liffey it was a quick (10-15 minute) walk from the Trinity College area. The airport bus drops off close to the hotel and is really affordable. Overall, a good hotel for the money spent. There was a tiny balcony and windows could open for nice fresh air. Most of the front desk staff were super helpful and had a great sense of humor.

The room itself was situated in a place where you could hear many other guests and at times, music from a pub nearby. If you are light sleeper, this might be a non-starter. Also, the hotel requires a key inserted to power electricity. If you want to charge gadgets - you cannot really do so when you are not home. The room safe was not functional (a pet peeve of mine.) We had one front desk clerk who refused to call ahead to make a restaurant reservation for us saying we didn't need one for that location. We showed up and sure enough, were not able to get a table. A minor complaint, but one doesn't like to feel like they are inconveniencing service staff when they are paying guests.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the rooms were clean. The bed was not very comfortable, but we still slept well. The staff even gave us an extra comforter to sleep on to make the bed softer.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks and snacks cold.

Extremely friendly and supportive staff; liked the bedrooms, very comfortable beds indeed; excellent value for money breakfast; interesting mix of old worldly Irish and clean modern - very happy overall.

No car parking - had to put car in a carpark three blocks away and walk there and back night and morning. Was told that if you book in advance, car parking at the back of the building can be arranged though.

Room for four, clean and good-looking hotel. Well situated right in the middle of town. A studenty atmosphere, everyone on laptops and internet. Parking right under the hotel at a decent price.

Low water pressure in the bathroom, hardly any hot water at all. Shower seemed to be OK.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about Dublin itself, answering all questions about museum opening times and the like.

Room was a little small but we didn't really didn't spend much time there so that doesn't really matter!

The desk staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The facility itself has an intriguing history but it ages well because it's well-kept, clean, and comfortable. There are nice common areas too. I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Breakfast is crowded, bustling, and impersonal (more like a hotel than a B&B). Get down earlier in the morning for a more peaceful experience rather than coming down at 9 am like I did.
