The staff is pleasant , helpful and informative. The premises are well maintained and comfortable. The Townhouse is ideally located.
I always stay here when im up in dublin because its locatio is spot on, parking, rooms fab and breakfast is great. 5 stars
I never had a problem here as i always stay here but the night porter that was there on this visit was a bit off form and rude. other than that its amazing
Location, very friendly staff, breakfast, bus from the airport stops in front of hotel
Wifi Comfy Nice room Friendly staff
Continental Breakfast unsatisfying. Only Jam with Bread
Helpful and really nice staff. The position of the hotel is central, close to the river and to Connolly Station.
Dirty spots on the wall. Room wasn't so silent due to thin walls and floors. Bathroom not that good since some times there was no hot water.
too old room too cold room
It was close to everything and seemed very safe. Inside was adorable and staff was kind.
It's next to a few pubs and can get loud at night. The desk staff didn't have earplugs when asked :/ found some eventually.
- great bed and wifi. - helpful and welcoming staff. - great area. About 7-10 min walk to temple bar. Enough time to walk off some of those calories from all the beer
- two gripes. The shower is low pressure and fills up fast. Also the toilet is weak. The reason for both is because they kind of regulate water usage and use low flow toilets. Was kind of a pain but with the other amenities being excellent, it didn't bother us too much.
Excellent location, helpfull stuff. Full breakfast for surprisingly little money.
To take a lift you need to mount a short but steep stairs from the ground floor. Very poor WiFi
The staff was very friendly and helpfull
Seems they had'nt finnished the repainting of the doors in the room, the result looked very tatty.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in a great location and everything was in easy walking distance.
We had a bedroom on the front of the hotel and the traffic was noisy through the night. That said, we live in a rural area so we probably could have got used to the traffic noise.
5 minutes away from O'Connell street with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. All attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff on hand to give information on surrounding areas
Bed was a little uncomfy
Very nice in every way, would definatly stay again
for central Dublin it was quiet
the room was too warm
Good access to City centre. Plenty of good restaurants, bars & shops near by. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day.
Bedroom at rear of hotel was not good due to noise of delivery vehicles operating below.
Ideal central location, low price, everything decent quality, helpful staff. Initially slightly ropey and smoky room, but they were happy to move us to another.
Perhaps a little noisy, but that's inevitable with the location. More non-cooked options for breakfast would have been good, but that's hardly a devastating criticism.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great close to city centre and shopping streets of the north side. The single room was comfortable and its size was big enough. Its bathroom was very spacious. Comfy bed.
The shower room was clean but looked dirthy from the plenty of mould on the tile gaps. The tempreture of the room could not be adjusted. It was too hot at night. No noise isolation on the windows. Good idea to bring earplugs. But this is a general good advice for anyone staying in any hotel, especially in Dublin where Saturday nights are so just loud. On the last night the alarm went off 3 times because some guests were trying to smoke in their rooms. Certainly this is not the fault of the Hotel, stupid guests can happen to stay everywhere :(
The bed gave me chronic back ache!
Great location Day staff, owners? Marvellous , very helpful. Free Wifi was strong Breakfast was very good value for money Has a elevator
Night staff guy had average grasp of English
Just loved the place can't fault it in anyway.
Nothing I didn't like
The location is amazing and the staff is so friendly that make pour stay very special.
The only shortfall would be the shower that was too small. For family room should have a bath. It a challenge to for me to give a shower to my daughter.
Very good location. Friendly and helpfull staff.
The room interior was dated. Dodgy paint job on doors (not finished?). Noise from neighboing rooms.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the city center, cosy, clean, nice traditional Irish breakfast, very friendly personnel. Bed was very comfortable.
two separate taps with cold and hot water.
