El restaurante cuenta con una amplia selección de vinos en exposición y organiza con regularidad cenas con cata de vinos. El Champagne Bar, de elegante diseño, sirve hasta 20 variedades diferentes de vinos y espumosos, acompañados de ostras frescas. El restaurante West cuenta con un premio Wine Spectator por disponer de "uno de las mejores listas de vinos del mundo". Ganó el premio Georgina Campbell por "La Mejor Lista de VInos de Irlanda" en el 2009.
El Twelve también dispone de un establecimiento más informal, The Pins, el mejor pub de Irlanda. Abre desde el desayuno hasta tarde y ofrece un extenso y moderno menú y numerosos cócteles, una variedad de cervezas y entretenimiento en vivo. El bar Pins ganó el Oscar a "Mejor Gastro-Pub de Irlanda" otorgado por la Asociación de Restaurantes de Irlanda en 2008.

La habitación familiar era enorme. Con dos espacios diferentes. Era mas un aparta-hotel (cocina pequeña, etc). Tenía cierto lujo y diseño. El buffet de desayuno estaba muy bien. El precio. Al ser tan "lujoso" (no teníamos otro mejor por querer una familiar y las fechas de última hora), salía cada noche a 170€. Aunque pretendía ser de diseño, no terminaba de cuadrar (sin red wifi en la habitación, cosas rotas, ...) |

Good service. One of my children was unwell which meant we could not go down for breakfast, so breakfast was brough to the room at no extra cost. Very helpful when we had a slight problem with the TV/DVD player. Staff were excellent throughout hotel. The soap dispenser at the wash basin in our bathroom was faulty - it was a bit of a pain having to get soap from the bath every time I wanted to wash my hands. Just a small issue in an otherwise perfect stay. |

The bedrooms are very well designed with stand-out features. Tjhe balcony is a nice idea. The menu options in the West were not great. Also the DVD player in our room would not work. |

This is a very well designed hotel with beautiful rooms. We stayed there for our anniversary and were impressed by the friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere. It's close to Galway city and the Gaeltacht. We will go back. The price of the wine ar €6 per glass , was on the high side for a very average wine. |

I picked this hotel as a special treat for myself and my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anneversary however i was not impressed from the moment i seen the hotel ,although the room was ok we both hated the dark dull lighting ,which is fine for a nice romantic dinner but not so good when your having your breakfast or trying to read the paper ,i hate to say it but i really did not enjoy my stay at the twelve i think it really oversells its self and think we paid far to much for what we got .staff were very nice , |

The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable. Mini hallways for each pair of rooms reduce noise. Staff are excellent, obliging and professional. Bar food is exceptional. |

I was particularly happy with the accomodation itself - spacious and stylish. Perfect stay for me and my partner. The dark hallways leading to the room were a turn off. They somewhat give an impression of what the room may have been like. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in the room |

I liked the nice room and it was comfortable. I specially liked the coloured lights in the bathroom. I had found some dirt on one the towels bathrobe and a bit of dirt on the sheets.. I was gonna complain but because it was a nice place and friendly I decided against it. |

I appreciated the design of the hotel. It was easily the best I have stayed in in a while. The staff were efficient and very friendly and the food in both the West restaurant and the bar was exceptional. No, I can't think of anything that I actually didn't like. |

The room was pleasant, nice size, with good facilities. The availability of hot drinks in the room as well as cold in the mini bar was good. Nice cake and chocs waiting in the room. Food quality at dinner (bar) breakfast was good. Good midweek value overall. The annoying voicemail beeping. Noise of bathroom fan (can't turn it off when the light is on). Stood at reception for a few minutes and only when I went to the bar to ask for someone did the receptionist appear. Same with the dining room - I was ignored for about 10 minutes before I got a menu. |

I saw the hotel on the internet and it was very accurately displayed. It is relaxing and well designed. The twin room was a very good size and the bathroom was perfect, loved the mood lighting. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality, Hot breakfast cooked to order rather then laid out in buffet. No. Location was excellent. Enough in Barna ie restaurants and pubs. Plus local taxi service into Galway if needed. |
