Staff were lovely, and although we didn't spend much time at the hotel, we definitely plan to go back there and bring children in the near future. Our room was at the front of the hotel, and looked out onto the mountains - view was fabulous! |

The building itself, spacious and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We made use of the sister hotel the Gleneagle to use the pool facilities, jacuuzi and sauna. |

Although there was no coffee maker in the room, they provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which was lovely. The rooms are very large with a lovely bathtub which is a must for any hotel that I stay in. We love to cycle and the cycle from the hotel into town was gorgeous and relatively safe as they have bike paths. It was only two miles. My main reason for choosing this hotel was for the bathtub! |

I requested a room away from the elevator and sure enough, we got a room at the opposite end to the elevator, away from anyone else. I dont think there was anyone else on our floor that weekend.Coffee and tea was available in the lobby at all times for the guests. Fairly new hotel and the bar and reception are clean but basic. Lacks a little character or atmosphere. |

the thing i liked was that it was central to the town and also to the national park and the staff were very helpful and friendly i didn't like the hotel from a point that there are no facility's IE gym, spa, leisure, games room or separate restaurant that i could see and also the fact that our room had an adjoining door in the room. |

The staff were fantastic! One member of reception went out of her way to arrange a round of golf for me at a local course and managed to get me on for free! Restaurant food was good. Rooms were ok, a little loud due to the traffic on the road behind the hotel. Internet was expensive in the main foyer. |
