Very helpful and friendly staff. Live music in the bar was great.
The bar food was ok, but not great.
Staff we're very helpful! The room was clean and very well set up with comforts such as toiletries tea and coffee and an iron. Easy to find plenty of parking Beautiful town of killarney close by.
The windows in the room faced directly into the carpark, perhaps nets could aid privacy.
I liked everything about this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money. Lovely friendly staff.
The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip around the Ring of Kerry.
Comfort, staff, room service, felt very homey.
Only complaint is the distance to town. About 40 min walking or 10 taxi ride.
Reception staff lovely. Fabulous views. Room very comfortable.
No deals to include breakfast. When we arrived at 3pm, no food being served until 5pm. Needed to be out of hotel by 5pm.
I changed my booking a couple of times before arriving. Sheila in accommodations was more than helpful and very friendly. I also made a few requests and I was accommodated for all of them. Also, the power shower was unreal!
All you need for great value, very easy access to wonderful path walk into Killarney eventually joining up with the National Park, professional easy friendly Reception nothing too much trouble.
Nothing not to like,
The Rooms are really quiet spacious and clean. powerful shower. Heating was on when needed. The Bar staff are friendly also
Large room, very quiet and comfortable
Old style tv
Staff and rooms were lovely
Rooms were a little hot at night and it is about 10mins outside killarney
Lovely view. Size of rooms. Quiteness. Bar food very good and waitress very plesant.
size of bath towels, requested more didnt arrive!!!!! Found hard to find in the dark, coming from Killarney.
I would recommend this hotel for familes with small kids and older people as not much entertainment for youngers. Rooms are really big, tea/coffe facilities and ironing facilities are an advantage. Nice and quite area, close to the town and national park - by car. Swimming available pool in near hotel. Cot available for small kids. Nice staff :)
Poor breakfast menu for the price of€12! Bar area very small and very simple life music on Saturday, more for older people, younger would not enjoy it. Telly very old fashioned-no flat screens so very hard to watch it.
Location is a bit distant from the city
The receptionist was lovely, good looking hotel. Bed was very comfortable, the shower had good power good lit bedrooms big spaced wardrobe facilities excellent heating worked fine no noise in the room couldn't hear anyone in the coridoors
The hotel was a 10 minute drive not a 10 minute walk. Got soaked walking from the back car park to the reception. No taytos or coke sold in the bar no full vending machines.
openness of corridors. comfortable and spacious room. friendly staff
Had no dislikes
Just about everything
No newspapers in the morning. A little thing, easily corrected
The guy working reception was excellent to deal with.I arrived late and tired, after a long journey. He was friendly and helpfull. The Hotel is in a great location.I highly reccomend the Travel Inn.
I liked that it was quiet and away from the busy-ness of Killarney but at the same time only a short distance away. Lovey walk into Killarney.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and good portions. Shower pressure was brilliant like having a massage, and plenty of hot water. Plenty of information on what to do and see provided.
Would have liked blind or lace curtain on window. More then one towel each per person, as I have long hair I need two towels just for myself. Having said this more towels were given on request with no problem.
friendly hotel outside of the city with parking area. easy for travel to Kerry ring. rooms are large and comfort
A bit hard to find at night, decoration is a bit old
Private bathroom. Location
Beds were super hard. Linens were outdated.
Parking directly in front of the building Nice cosy rooms with a large bathroom Nice bar inside the hotel with a very friendly barkeeper
This location was fantastic. We got up and were straight on the Ring of Kerry. It's not an overly fancy spot but that suited us fine. Room was clean and check in and out was easy.
We found the beds in our room to be very firm. No food was available after 9 PM. Looked high and low for something cold to drink in a vending machine. Staff advised that there was not a vending machine available. The bar staff did sell me an over priced bottle of soda.
Clean spacious rooms. Good atmosphere in the bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
