The Hotel pub was freindly and welcoming, and the rooms were a fair size. the bathroom was large and had a tub, which is a really nice change from some of the other hotels in the area. all and all i would recomned others to stay. |

staff at reception and bar was very friendly! room was spacious and clean! room service was a bit annoying as they would knock on doors several times in the morning even though you leave the "do-not-disturbed-sign" outside. rooms are badly soundproofed. |

The staff were very nice and helpful. The lent me a mobile phone charger which was greatly apprciated. 1) Poor quality breakfast, it seemed to be reheated. 2) It gets very noisy early in the morning if you have the windows open as the bus station garage is right outside both windows. |

This hotel is centrally located just off Eyre Square - close to both bus and rail station. It's reasonably priced, clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent value also. Being located so close to the bus station - there is a lot of noise to be heard from about 7am onwards. |

It is really centrally located. It's very basic but for the price I paid I thought it was excellent value. |

Our room was spacious and pleasant, not noisy. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The staff was courteous and helpful. Even though we had a nonsmoking room, smoke from other nearby rooms poured into our room. |

The food was good. The room was large. The staff were very helpful. The elevator wasn't working the 3 days we stayed there. With a room on the 4th floor, this was really inconvenient, especially at check in / check out. The furnishings were clean but run down. They didn't even have an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for use when you ran out. Overall, the hotel was run down. |

I liked it's central location. It was quiet and breakfast was good, the waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Our receptionist was also very helpful. I would have liked a bigger TV in the room. The small portable was just too small. |

The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The location just off the square was very convenient. The room was spacious and well kept and the bathroom was newly renovated, but the bed was obviously old and the tiny 13 inch TV had at most 5 channels. |

The hotel is in a convenient location. The multistory carparking was very handy. Most of all, the staff were very helpful with all our enquiries and wishes. Noise from returning guests!!! |
