bed and staff.
door was lose and kept banging.
size of room, breakfast, the young man who eventually moved on the party guests.
I booked the hotel on the night before. I received a mail informing me there was a funtion on that night and there was music on until 2.30. The next paragraph told me that cancellations had to be outside of 48 hours so I was stuck with the booking.I ignored the awful smellof smoke in parts of the hotel and hair in the bath because I just wanted somewhere to lay my head and the music couldn't be that bad surely? Dreadful!! Like someone pounding on the wall until 2.30 then people talking under my window until 3am. I didn't make a fuss because its not the staffs fault. It spoiled my autistic sons trip, he cried until the music stopped. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have refused to pay. Mr Gary Britton, a full refund should be given but there is little chance of that!
Great shower great location
So noisy . Disco went on till late . Smell of cigarettes smoke in room and corridors.
pity the restaurant is not open in the evening
Very good as usual.
Staff were pleasant breakfast hot food served to your table and food was hot
Restaurant was very quiet so room was nearly empty need more heat to compensate for this not nice having dinner in a cold room
Price. Facilities. Location
Position of hotel and friendly welcome
The meal too long between courses
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a great location.
Me and my partner really where not impressed with the room or the fact that the hotel didn't serve food during the week. The hotel room itself was cold and I had to go down to reception to ask them to turn on the heating. There was also very poor lighting in the room. Overall we where not impressed with our stay and will not be staying there again.
the first room we got was a smokeing room but we asked to be changed and it was no problem so all was fine
Good location, spacious room
Heating controlled by reception. They just turn it on for a while. It's cold.
I liked that u could have a few drinks with our kids at the bar.
Didn't like that the hotel had no car park and u had to pay to park else were.
Requested room to front of hotel and got it. Was very pleased with the room, very comfortable, fab location. My second time to stay there and will be back. Had my Mum with me and she also enjoyed. Looking forward to my stay there again. Would recommend you stay here. Very relaxing!
Curtains and coutch in bedroom could do with a bit of an upgraid. A bit worn and faded looking.
Smell of smoke in bedroom
Everything from welcome to our exit. Bar staff were so friendly. Believe breakfast was lovely. Rooms so cosy. Great locality.
Nothing we did.nt like

Lovely helpful staff. Good food. Great location.
Room with no view. Small room Internet non existent TV from the 80,s
Great location, nice breakfast
A bit overpriced for hotel and decor outdated re price been too much
The foyer / reception was dull and the Bar uninviting .
Staff very friendly.
We stayed in room 113.we are non smokers.corridor stunk of smoke day and night.won't book this hotel because of this
Spacious room Good quality-rent ration Good food at the restaurant Super location Excellent welcoming and always there for you
Old rooms, but I liked this "atmosphere", even though some small things could be fixed (doorhands, etc...). "Thin walls": I don't have problem to sleep, but the sound isolation doesn't seem to be that important. However it was still quiet.
location is good
hotel in need of a make over
This hotel is in a great location. When I got confirmation letter, they suggested I park in Hynes Car Park (7e for 24hrs), a short walk to the Hotel. I found the receptionist very helpful and friendly. My room was on the 4th Floor. I had booked a single, I got a room with twin beds. It was spotless with TV and tea making facilities. Very comfortable bed, no street noise and even through there was a disco on that night, I didn't hear any music. The breakfast was lovely, great choice, buffet or Irish. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and will be back again.
