Location Large bedroom
Good central location.
Phone in room wasn't working, and the heater went off at 10 pm.
That the bar wasnt open at 6 pm
I would not go back to this hotel. It needs a revamp. The staff are arent very glad for your custom.. no appreciation, i wasnt even given a proper receipt , the girl handed me a visa receipt . When i was leaving, there was no ' all the best and safe home', very poor customer service!
food aND SERVICE . staff efficient and helpful . great value for evening meal, three courses for 20 euro per person .
i hate small lifts .
The room was tiny compared to the room we stayed in before in the hotel.
When my self fiance and in laws stayed here first on arrival we discoverd That there was no where to eat after traveling 3 hours from cork no where to drink and loud music until 4 in the morning as an afters of a wedding spilled out on to foyer from bar from the club reception desk no one answerd calls not a place for family
Friendliness of staff.
Heating was turned off every few hours and the room was freezing. A function we were told that would finish at 2 continued until 5am the music was so loud the floor was shaking. Our complaint was dismissed in the morning.
great value hotel in galway city centre
Nice helpful service) Speaking Polish)
Noisy drunk neighbour in the middle of the night! On the last night we didn't sleep a wink!
Comfortable, good location for city, bus &train. Breakfast good. staff efficient & freindly
Loved this locstion
Location, room size, cost, free wifi, bar on site, friendliness!
Nothing to dislike!
Location, receptionist was really welcoming on saturday bar I thought was homely
Thought the room was dated and in the general decor could do with a lick of paint
Everything about this hotel was brilliant. From the staff to the rooms to the food. Definitely going back!
It was a quiet location even though it was in city center
Cold cold and colder.
Price Location Staff
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Not really the hotel's fault but a lengthy drunken argument could easily be heard across the hall in the middle of the night.
It was great to sit down to a freshly cooked breakfast and not one that was cooked hours earlier and left under heat lamps
The guest has not control over the heating in the bedroom and poor lighting in the room.
Staff friendly enough. Location good.
Bed very poor not very comfortable. My room backed onto the train and bus station which was not very nice. Parking in the multi-storey car park was a bit inconvenient and a bit expensive.
The staff and hotel were great - very friendly throughout, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Room 409 seems to have a boiler just above the room. Unless you like the sound of constant gushing water round pipes all night long I suggest you avoid this particular room.
Location is great, so are staff
Nothing too flash, but the price is decent. Everything is quite old.
