la vicinanza al centro città e alla strada dello shopping;l'ampiezza della camera e del bagno;il personale e tutto lo staff; la sala colazione e l'Irish breakfast inclusa nel prezzo (prendendo la camera colazione inclusa). la pulizia non eccellente dei cuscini e del copriletto; il mancato rifornimento dei saponi da bagno;la visuale della camera che dava su un cortile interno. |

La posizione dell'hotel a pochi passi dal centro cittadino, comodissimo per chi desidera passeggiare di notte e conoscere i diversi pub e ristoranti che offrono della fantastica musica irlandese tutte le sere. |

La stanza era bella grande e spaziosa, l'albergo era molto pulito, la colazione e la cena erano ottime, non è per niente rumoroso anche se molto vicino al centro, la posizione per i servizi cittadini (centro, stazione, bus turistici) comodissima. |

Camera molto spaziosa.Possibilità di colazione irlandese a richiesta senza alcun supplemento di prezzo.Nessun rumore, a finestre chiuse, proveniente dal vicino deposito bus. Mancanza di ganci in bagno dove poter appendere gli asciugamani.Ascensore spesso fuori servizio. |

Value for money, city centre location with walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants, large comfortable room, cozy hotel bar, extremely friendly and helpful hotel and bar staff, delicious breakfast. Parking was a small additional daily fee. |

Location was really good, right on eyre square. Yes, the hotel is right next to bus eireann stop and there was buses starting and revving all morning from 5 o clock, plus alot of other street noice too. |

closeness to Eyre Square early bird chicken sweet chilli 'stew' not nice and I did not feel vwery well after but the other people with me had the steak and loved it. |

Location couldn't be better both in terms of transport and access to the town (both less than 5 mins walk). Bar excellent. Very well run. Could be e bit noisey first thing in the morning as near coach station |

location, breakfast poor reception on tv and lack of reasonable choice no sky news etc, irritating having to smoke outside the front door and ask the porter to open the front door after normal bar hours. |

i really liked its central location in galway city, the staff were lovely. would definitely stay there again. food was lovely too. there was air conditioning fans outside my window, and the constant hum made for a poor nites sleep. had to buy ear plugs.. |
