BUS STATION,TRAIN STATIONからも近く、アイルランド西部の観光に最適な場所です。

設備が古いです。ケトルの中が錆びてました。部屋でのWi-Fi電波が悪かったです。

ゴールウェイ駅から直近で市内観光にも至極便利です。アラン島など現地発ツアーへ参加するのにもホテルから- すぐ近くでとても楽でした。

設備、インテリアはやや旧式で、朝食のビュッフェのメニューも少し物足りない気がします。

ツアーの集合場所に近く、また鉄道の駅にも近くて助かりました。荷物も快く夕方迄預かってもらって、感謝し- ています。

Staff were friendly and location was brilliant.

Hotel was very basic not worth what we paid beds were very uncomfortable and noisy every time you moved keeping you from having a good nights sleep.WI-FI only available around reception aera.

The Room, it was very spacious and comfortable, only stayed the one night so had not much experience of anything else.

Didn't spend enough time to have any negative experience.

I liked that it was very close to the shops and pubs

The hotel was very small and rooms very old fashioned

Helpful staff, comfortable room, great location. They quickly moved us to a different room when the nonsmoking room we had been given smelled like smoke.

There is free wifi in the lobby, or you can pay 1 Euro for 10 minutes at their computer. That is a ridiculous price for internet.

Staff were nice, but so is everyone in Ireland, so not exactly surprising.

The Victoria Hotel puts the "rust" in rustic. They do wonders with sellotape. Why fix it when you can just tape it? What a great place to escape the baltic winds of Galway? After about an hour in the room the heating simmered to tepid - I toyed with taking a copy of the Irish Times and laying under it in Eyre Square because how can 100 million homeless people be wrong?

The look of the hotel was great-nice victorian feel. Staff was helpful and there was a bar in the lobby which was the only place to get a drink in all of Ireland on Good Friday!!

The building is old and makes a lot of noise at night. The hot water took about 10 minutes to appear before each shower.

Location was great restaurant was good keenly priced. Staff were lovely shower was lovely . Cleaning staff were nice ang gave us all the towels we needed. Nice and quiet at nighttime

Beds were hard and so were the pillows. Bad lighting in the room.

Staff were exremely helpful any time I had questions.
