Situat chiar lângă Piaţa Eyre, Hotelul Victoria se află lângă gara şi staţia de autobuz Galway. Acesta oferă camere spaţioase şi un bar-restaurant care serveşte preparate din bucătăria tradiţională irlandeză. Camerele hotelului sunt decorate în culori calde şi au baie privată. Acestea includ un televizor şi facilităţi pentru prepararea de ceai/cafea. Hotelul oferă acces gratuit la internet Wi-Fi în zonele publice. Friendly helpful staff, spacious comfortable bedroom,central location. Most enjoyable stay, would return. Only one little comment - lighting in bedroom very poor for bedtime reading!!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and cheap but don't have the full Irish breakfast. Swimming in grease and suffered from indigestion all day. Plenty of other places around to eat.

Location very good The reception staff and bar staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful. The staff on breakfast duty are very poor. Not friendly. Not polite. Orders wrong on both mornings.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Victoria. The reception staff were particularly lovely and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. You couldn't hear everyone banging around and taking showers like you do in some of the more modern hotels. The room was spotless and was made up every day. The beds were comfortable and they had white cotton linen, a particular favourite of mine. Breakfast was very good, with a buffet, and cooked breakfast to order. The only thing I would suggest is some fresh fruit (as opposed to tinned) at the buffet table. The location is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and when I booked it was quite reasonably priced.

Handy location for town centre and railway station. Very clean and good first impression.Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Pleasant, helpful, and welcoming staff. No dislikes very satisfied.

It has a great central location. Staff were excellent with a friendly attitude at every turn. Really enjoyed our short stay and couldn't recommend the Victoria Hotel highly enough.

Perfect hotel for stag parties or lads weekend, however the price is high for the standard of hotel. I must add though that the staff were very friendly and it is a two minute walk from the square !!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and spacious. The Bar was really nice too - comfy, and always with the sport on too - perfect for a lazy drink after a hard days playing tourist around Galway. Latch on our window was broken - but it was no problem, our room was still warm, and staff were embarrassed to find it was faulty, and eager to fix it as soon as they could.

Great location, at the center of everything. Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable enough. No major complaints; shower wasn't great, the T.V. was very small and had no remote but other than that it was grand.

The Victoria Hotel is an old galway hotel renovated to comfortable standard. If your total picky not for you but it you love character and a great location, plus a friendly local non motel vibe. This is one for you. The residents bar is an old Irish style and great to have a pint in on your way to bed.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , great location and very close to the pubs and restaurant scene. Would recommend to anyone who want to see Galway.

Not at all gay friendly. Room not very clean. Staff very unhelpful and unfriendly. Felt uncomfortable in the hotel. No hotel info in the room. Cleanin staff walked into room when still in bed didn't wait for answer when they knocked just walked straight in. Definitely would not recommend hotel and will not be back again.

Clean, small hotel. Great price for a very central location. The lift was broken 4 out of the five days I was there. I do not recommend this hotel if you have a hard time with stairs. Apparently the lift breaks almost daily.
