Great Location.

Terrible beds, no Wi-Fi, thin walls, expensive for what you get.

Very central location, friendly restaurant staff at the breakfast facility

For some reason, the restaurants for lunch and dinner were not working on the day we were visiting.

The helpful friendly Receptionists I didn't have to play around with the shower to get a suitable temperature or was I just lucky.

Location. Nice quite room at back of hotel. Very clean. Customer Service.

Bar closed until 6pm and restaurant closed for dinner but both were opening earlier the week after we left.

No wifi in the room We were asked to pay upfront, not sure why The room was smelling of condensation The door was loose and would bang each time somebody opened/closed another door on the same floor For the quality of the facilities, I think the price was too high (it didn't help that it was a weekend we spent there)

I loved the convenience of the location.

The place needs some updating. New hair dryers, more comfortable mattresses would be nice.

Staff were friendly and location was brilliant.

Hotel was very basic not worth what we paid beds were very uncomfortable and noisy every time you moved keeping you from having a good nights sleep.WI-FI only available around reception aera.

The Room, it was very spacious and comfortable, only stayed the one night so had not much experience of anything else.

Internet only available in the lobby, which has old, torn and worn furniture. Our room was clean. The bartender (Shane?) was very friendly and helpful

Lack of Internet in our room. Location is not directly on Eyre Square as we expected. Lobby very worn.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, great location. They quickly moved us to a different room when the nonsmoking room we had been given smelled like smoke.

There is free wifi in the lobby, or you can pay 1 Euro for 10 minutes at their computer. That is a ridiculous price for internet.
