spa, restaurant should be an internet connecting cable available for every room (when we inquired at the desk the receptionist told us she had given them all out - I would have expected there to be the same number as there are rooms) |

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel. You had to pay 15 euro for a 1 hr session in the jacuzzi. I thought it would be free like any other hotel. |

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff and people in shops etc in the area were also very friendly. It is low season and naturally there was a very small number of visitors which would detract from any hotel. It was also very good value for money. |

The Hotel was beautiful, we have never been to Ballybofey and decided to go as a change. Didn't really like the Town but the Hotel made up for it. Restaurant was really good quality and Staff throughout the Hotel couldn't do enough for you. Whilst the Spa facilities were brilliant, the only disappointment was that there was no Swimming Pool and we had Children with us. Only dislike was No Swimming Pool. |

Able to attend christening lunch and stay at same venue as weather was atrocious. Lunch and breakfast excellent with attentive waitresses.Good car park. Room was described as non smoking but was extremely smelly of fags. |

My Cousins Wedding!!! The Hotel was promoted as a Smoking Hotel and had only two smoking rooms which was awfuly and I din't much like the wooden floor look!! Also the window barely opened so it was very stuffy all the time ! |

The rooms were very spacious and bathroom was huge. The spa was one of the best we have every used. ANd above all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly Not really a problem, but the tv in the room was a bit small - but that was probably more noticeable because of the rooms being so big! |
