Die zentrale Lage mit Blick von der Lounge in das Stadtleben sowie ein besonders freundliches und kompetentes Personal sind bezeichnend, dass auch viele Dubliner in diesem Haus eine Teatime machen. Egal ob im Business- wir Freizeitbereich. Die Küche war nich so perfekt, wie das Angebot es erwarten ließ! |

Sehr angenehmes und zentral gelegenes Hotel, Nespresso Kaffemaschine im Zimmer, Roomservice sehr freundlich und "unsichtbar" Flecken auf dem Teppich im Zimmer, in dieser Preiskategorie sollte eine Falsche Wasser zur freien Verfügung bereit stehen. |

Lage des Hotels in der Stadt, Zimmer und Ausstattung, Zimmer konnte früher (ab 12 Uhr) bezogen werden, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, wunderschöner Lounge- und Barbereich, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, interessanter Zimmerpreis für ein Hotel, das zu den leading hotels of the world gehört Frühstückspreise sind sehr hoch (ca. 25,- Euro pro Person) |

The staff was friendly and courteous. Excellent location to Dublin attractions and Grafton Street shopping. They didnot approve of late night arrivals and questioned visiting guests. The rooms were small and beds uncomfortable. Very overpriced. |

Centre of the City walking distance for shopping and leisure facilities ie Theatre and Cinema. Tha bathroom in our room was on the Small side. |

Lovely room, exceptional staff, prompt service, immaculate, great location, staff went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful, inviting lobby for relaxing and socializing. Manager helped me and otheers with use of internet. |

I choose this hotel for its location and it was perfect for what we wanted it for. Unfortunately on the day we stayed, we did not get to check into our rooms until after 5pm because it had been so busy the night before and the day of our stay, this was disappointing but the staff where excellent at dealing with this. Also I had booked 3 rooms and the hotel had double booked one of the rooms but again the manager on duty sourced another hotel and organised a taxi to take us... |
