The location is terrific. The rooms, public and private, are very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is vastly over-priced and not good value. 29 euros for a breakfast for which you have to queue!

The turn down and the comfiness of the bed! Also loved the range of drink served in the cocktail bar. The room I was initially in was very noisy but it was changed no problem. My other problem was that housekeeping knocked my door at 7am which I thought was a bit strange!!

The friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff was excellent. The room decor was superior to some 5 star hotels nearby where we have also stayed recently. I would recommend the Westbury location for access to the main shopping area of Grafton Street and the excellent restaurants on St Stephens Green.

Location was just excellent, to stroll out the door and up to Grafton Street, absorbing the atmosphere and ambiance was truly lovely. The courtesy and general warmth of the staff was very refreshing. One felt pampered and relaxed. If you feel you deserve a treat then a stay at the Westbury Hotel is the answer. Thank you for being one of the few hotels who did not increase prices for Bon Jovi concert.

The hotel was beautiful. We could not be happier with our stay. It was our 34th wedding anniversary, and the staff treated us like royalty, free champagne etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were so professional, helpful and yet warm and friendly. Having arrived in Dublin at 9am from Australia the staff checked us into a room straight away despite check in not being until 2pm that afternoon, which were were so grateful for having just done a 30 hour flight! The hotel was really luxurious yet there was none of the stuffiness sometimes associated with 5 star hotels. It was the perfect base to explore Dublin and to shop- being on the door step of Grafton street, the capital's main shopping district meant it was easy to nip back to your room with bags or for a break, plus you are minutes away from all the major sights in the city such as St Stephen's Green,Trinity Collage and the book of Kells. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel- staying here was a real treat!

Quality from start to finish. One tip, do not have breakfast in the Cafe Novo, wait for a table in the Wilde Restaurant, it's well worth it.Best hotel bed since the Nassaur Hof in Germany. First morning breakfast in the Cafe Novo, as the Wilde Restaurant was full. We should have taken tea in the lounge, read the papers and waited.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Its literally less than 2 minutes to Grafton Street which means you can drop off your shopping back to your room and be back in the shops in minutes. There should be a different area for the smokers as it doesn't do anything for the approaching guest to have to walk to the front door through a haze of smoke.

The location is superb, right in the centre of Dublin While the staff are excellent, a major dissapointment was the almost complete absence of Irish staff. At a 5 star Dublin hotel this is not good enough.

The Westbury was a treat for mum to celebrate her 50th birthday. I was so impressed with the glamour and luxury of the hotel as well excellent staff and customer service. Small touches made a huge difference to our stay- a birthday card for my mum from the general manager for example. It was perfectly located for our girlie shopping weekend in the city centre. The rooms were tastefully furnished and beds fantastic. The twin room we stayed in on the second night were perhaps a little small but as I rarely stay in twin rooms I don't have much to compare this too.

The comfort of the bed, also the 100% service from all the staff. Location was superb right in the heart of everything. The car park I thought was quite small the get in and out off with my car.

I loved the location but more especially the friendly and helpful staff. They made one feel special and not just another number to be checked in an out. In the bar the barman took the time to run through the drinks menu. He was well informed and made helpful suggestions. The room was lovely and the bed most comfortable. The fact that it mentions spa facilities on the hotel's website and then I discovered that to have a sauna I would have to use the facilities located near the hotel. This was disappointing for me. Very dusty around the coffee machine ! Whichever way the wind was hitting the bedroom windows it made a terrible whistling noise throughout the night which did disturb my sleep !
