Very good location in the heart of shops resturants pubs etc no more than 5 min walk There is also a complimentery breakfast of pasteries crossants fruit juice and coffee wich you are not told about! as full breakfast is very very expensive A few small things! When you pay for a luxury hotel you want attention to detail 1 No ice in any of the ice machines 2 The water cooler in the gym was empty 3 Room was a bit cold as heating was not working properly so we were given a fan heater wich was great! Although all these things were sorted out and did not spoil our break I feel when you pay a lot of money for a stay you dont want to have that sort of bother!!! |

The whole hotel is geared to maximise the pleasure and comfort of the guests, nothing is too much trouble and all staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, the facilities are excellent and both my teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time |

Mainly helpful staff convenient for town flexible check in luggage storage very crowded lounge so that i had to take my guests to another hotel for evening cocktails. no lunch service in main dining room. tea making facilities incomprehensible and plug badly sited |

the hotel staff were very pleasant and the little touches of a hot towel on arrival and a turn down service are what make it a pleasure to stay in the only problem i have is that car parking costs are not included in the cost of your stay and at 20 euro's a night in their own carpark its quite expensive |

The hotel location is good fo sight seeing in Dublin. Having to move romms as the TV was broken. Having to wait for maintenance in the replacement room as it had no cold water supply to the bath. No papers delivered during our stay as we had to change rooms even though we informed reception of this on the second morning after out arrival. The fact that the hotel is supposed to have had a multi milliion Euro opgrade, neither of the rooms we stayed were fully functional. |

Great hotel.Very friendly staff and perfect for sighseeing within walking distance of the main attractions.The complimentary croissants and coffee were excellent there was no need to order an expensive breakfast.We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose the Westbury again next time we visit Dublin. |

The location was the best. The staff was extremely helpful in securing theatre tickets and recommending eating places. The lobby was extremely comfortable, the computers were easily accessible, and the food was terrific. The rooms were perfectly decomrated and the beds very comfortable. This is the best Hotel stay in Dublin. |

If we'll return to Dublin, I'll book our room in Westbury Hotel. Some rooms could be noisy. At check in , they give us a room on the 6th floor. We could'n support anymore the noises and we called the reception. We had a better room on the 2nd floor |

relaxing atmosphere and good service and extreme good central location to all shopping and sites high tea was a great disappointment - the sandwiches were man-size and not very tasty - this was the only meal that was not up to standards of the hotel --- tea sandwiches are supposed to be dainty and bite size |
