Notre séjour a été très agréable. Très joli hôtel en plein coeur de dublin, à proximité de nombreuses boutiques. Personnel très accueillant. Si vous ne désirez pas prendre le petit déjeuner Irlandais, vous pouvez disposer d'un petit buffet bien sympathique et gratuit !. Le tarif des coupes de champagne au bar est vraiment excessif. |

Hôtel confortable, agréable et bien situé dans le centre ville. Petit déjeuner un peu succinct pour un cinq étoiles. Il est dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu droit au petit déjeuner irlandais traditionnel. |

Emplacement idéal, qualité et esthétique d'ensemble, parking possible pour 20E (avec voiturier donc se garer tout simplement devant l'hôtel), calme car en retrait de grafton street. Cela reste beaucoup moins cher que les parkings publics Attention, l'adresse n'est pas grafton street, mais une petite rue derrière accessible en voiture. Il serait bon, pour éviter de perdre du temps que vous l'indiquiez mieux sur le site |

The staff was friendly and courteous. Excellent location to Dublin attractions and Grafton Street shopping. They didnot approve of late night arrivals and questioned visiting guests. The rooms were small and beds uncomfortable. Very overpriced. |

Centre of the City walking distance for shopping and leisure facilities ie Theatre and Cinema. Tha bathroom in our room was on the Small side. |

Lovely room, exceptional staff, prompt service, immaculate, great location, staff went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful, inviting lobby for relaxing and socializing. Manager helped me and otheers with use of internet. |

I choose this hotel for its location and it was perfect for what we wanted it for. Unfortunately on the day we stayed, we did not get to check into our rooms until after 5pm because it had been so busy the night before and the day of our stay, this was disappointing but the staff where excellent at dealing with this. Also I had booked 3 rooms and the hotel had double booked one of the rooms but again the manager on duty sourced another hotel and organised a taxi to take us... |
