Amazing location Friendly staff Great service King Room was excellent Very clean and tidy
Poor menu after 11.00pm No pool
I liked the room that we stayed in and how the hotel upgraded us into a upgrade room as a surprise the breakfast was gorgeous and the lunch was fab also and it was so nice how they had a free mini bar and the staff were very helpful and friendly
There was nothing I did not like it was a lovely stay and gorgeous hotel to stay in
Location - great for shopping, nightlife, exploring central Dublin, a quiet enclave metres from the buzz of Grafton Street. Speedy check in and check out Staff very attentive
No spa - had to visit the Buff Day spa Decor a bit dated in the room for this class of hotel Boxes of standard items in the bathroom were actually empty (shower cap, etc) Mini bar didn't have a great range Room service menu a bit limited
The door porter so helpful. Reception so friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean...shining! Flowers were beautiful around the hotel. Team were always smartly dressed
Excellent location, nespresso coffee in room, friendly staff! Overall excellent hotel.
The double bed had a big dip in it like a very old bed. Everytime I tried to roll over I rolled back into the hollow! Didn't sleep very well!
The gym was poor quality. The cafe downstairs was sterile and uninviting
The location was excellent but a little hard to get to by vehicle.
Getting woken up in the night twice telling us to turn our TV down when it was not on. When we had woken in the morning we found our power had been isolated!!!
Location It was my birthday, and the staff made a fuss which was nice.
Room Service, Facilities Location, Friendly and courteous staff.
The location was perfect for exploring the city on our first trip to Dublin. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of the items offered.
Fantastic hotel in a perfect location in Dublin.
Location could not be better and car parking on site is added bonus
The lobby and bar.
The price of breakfast, so we did not eat breakfast at hotel.
Great comfortable bed. Really enjoyed it.
Pricy a bit
What makes this hotel so amazing is their staff, from the moment we arrived the doormen, reception , house keeping, concierge. I honestly have never received such out standing service,I loved every minute of our stay.We will be back.

Staff were so nice, hotel is beautiful and clean. Seat in the left! Nice luxurious rooms. We were offered a complementary upgrade to the next room category without having to ask. We really enjoyed this.
Hotel is pricy.
Helpfulness of staff Very comfortable room Lovely bed Responsive airconditioning
I adored my entire experience at the Westbury. The rooms were so clean - and that really makes a difference to my stay. The bathroom and beds - and carpet - were cleaner than they are at home. I like that because I feel I can relax and just enjoy myself. Plus, the staff were gorgeous. I loved having a cup of loose leaf tea in the foyer. Beautiful view and lovely decor. Actually, the decor was perfect. I liked the fact that it was not too ostentatious but had class. It is slightly modern but has also kept it's original heritage.
Very little I can negatively criticise. It would be lovely to have rooms that accommodate families of four but, having said this, I did enjoy having two rooms, as families get a bit sick of each other after a certain period of travel. And we had been away for a month. I wish you had a pool - but one can't have everything!
Location is excellent. Staff were very nice. Had a lovely couple of drinks in the lobby/reception bar.
Nespresso machine didn't work and there was no "normal" coffee in the room. No bottled water in the room on arrival, which is pretty much standard. Parking facilities should be free to paying guests.
Elegant rooms, fantastic lobby, friendly staff, great location
a bit overpriced
It was very restful yet close to everything that Dublin city had to offer. We really enjoyed our break :-)
There was only a half an hour to go til the end of breakfast there was very little left in the buffet which was disappointing after the fabulous dinner we had on the previous evenings.
All staff were down to earth, proffesional and very helpful.
Location ... Service ... Hotel food ... Close to everything in town ... In summery it's best of the best
Generally a great experience. Top class staff.
