Hotel Staff Comfort Location
Staff were excellent and were more than helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Location is great and no need to worry about parking as the staff looked after that for us.
€6:30 for a pint of Guinness is a little over the top.
Showerhead sticks out of wall, but no good for washing nether regions
Staff so friendly and natural..Irish charm at its best!
Bed was a queen size ..not big enough for 2...breakfast not included in the rate I got which was disappointing.
Rooms, food and location
Seating in lounge area always reserved. Never had this in any other 5 star hotel. When asking for afternoon tea being told "do you know the price of it?" how rude! I think if I am staying in the hotel I can afford it.
The hotel is dead central and ideal for shopping or just relaxing in the big lounge. Xmas decorations are fabulous as usual.
The Breakfast service wasnt up to its usual standard. Granted it was busy but our pot of tea was cold. We requested a new pot which we got but had to request new cups at least 3 times. There was no butter on the table and we borrowed from the next table. We requested this twice before we got some. I thought the staff were a little 'cold'. Maybe they thought we were making too many requests???
Great location Excellent service Great atmosphere Very comfortable room made good use of the umbrella provided on loan from the hotel
Liked everything. My wife enjoyed the afternoon tea.
We have stayed at this hotel previously and always found it to be superb. This latest visit did nothing but confirm previous visits. From the monet you enter until the the moment you leave, it is a professional and quality service throughout and I would recommend this hotel to anybody without a second's hesitation. The central location adds to the experience.
This hotel is excellently located, just off Grafton St, great for shopping, exploring Dublin and very close to the Lucas for Dundrum Shopping Centre. Hotel is very clean and room very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and willing to help with anything
The price. For €330, for one night, two people sharing, I felt breakfast should have been included in that rate.
Nothing was a problem for staff.
The 2 extremely loud bangs around 5-5.30 am
Staff could not have been more helpful Location central and perfect Amenities were thoughtful Kettle broke and was replaced immediately
Would have liked a cold mini bar
The staff were absolutely amazing. I had sprained my ankle when I arrived and everyone from the bellhop to the Manager were on hand to offer assistance and it didnt end when my ankle had healed. Very warm friendly staff, extremely helpful. Felt as if I was staying in a small family run boutique hotel. Wonderful experience. Centrally located. Room was clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Shower pressure was very good. Towels lush.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Staff and bar area
Cost and some staining on the carpet in the room
Beds was awful really bad . Toilets doesn't have a budday water .for hygiene.
Location Rooms very comfortable Staff
Our stay from start to finish was a joy due to pleasant staff, comfortable surroundings and excellent location! Will certainly return.
great friendly staff
Lighting poor for working in the room.
The staff was just astounding
The do nor disturb sign was ignored the first day, and the "complimentary" water stops showing up on day 2. Face cloths (Washcloth in America) were a hit or miss item
The coffee machine.
What an amazing night in the westbury with my fiancé. The staff are excellent and the hotel itself cannot be faulted. I wanted a few things organised for the room for my arrival and everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to assist in any way they could. The location could not be better for staying in Dublin.
The staff at the Westbury were excellent. They couldn't do enough for you. The little touches like the hot towel upon arrival and a bottle of water for your journey home. We arrived on an early flight and so they offered to call us as soon as our room was ready which allowed us to head out to get some breakfast. Great customer service.
