Location - great for shopping, nightlife, exploring central Dublin, a quiet enclave metres from the buzz of Grafton Street. Speedy check in and check out Staff very attentive

No spa - had to visit the Buff Day spa Decor a bit dated in the room for this class of hotel Boxes of standard items in the bathroom were actually empty (shower cap, etc) Mini bar didn't have a great range Room service menu a bit limited

Excellent location, nespresso coffee in room, friendly staff! Overall excellent hotel.

The double bed had a big dip in it like a very old bed. Everytime I tried to roll over I rolled back into the hollow! Didn't sleep very well!

The location was excellent but a little hard to get to by vehicle.

Getting woken up in the night twice telling us to turn our TV down when it was not on. When we had woken in the morning we found our power had been isolated!!!

The location was perfect for exploring the city on our first trip to Dublin. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of the items offered.

Staff were so nice, hotel is beautiful and clean. Seat in the left! Nice luxurious rooms. We were offered a complementary upgrade to the next room category without having to ask. We really enjoyed this.

    Hotel is pricy.

I adored my entire experience at the Westbury. The rooms were so clean - and that really makes a difference to my stay. The bathroom and beds - and carpet - were cleaner than they are at home. I like that because I feel I can relax and just enjoy myself. Plus, the staff were gorgeous. I loved having a cup of loose leaf tea in the foyer. Beautiful view and lovely decor. Actually, the decor was perfect. I liked the fact that it was not too ostentatious but had class. It is slightly modern but has also kept it's original heritage.

Very little I can negatively criticise. It would be lovely to have rooms that accommodate families of four but, having said this, I did enjoy having two rooms, as families get a bit sick of each other after a certain period of travel. And we had been away for a month. I wish you had a pool - but one can't have everything!

Location is excellent. Staff were very nice. Had a lovely couple of drinks in the lobby/reception bar.

Nespresso machine didn't work and there was no "normal" coffee in the room. No bottled water in the room on arrival, which is pretty much standard. Parking facilities should be free to paying guests.

It was very restful yet close to everything that Dublin city had to offer. We really enjoyed our break :-)

There was only a half an hour to go til the end of breakfast there was very little left in the buffet which was disappointing after the fabulous dinner we had on the previous evenings.
