beds were awesome! It was like sleeping on a cloud.

My room key kept getting demagnetized, which was annoying even though the staff were amazingly prompt in correcting the issue.

The quality of the room and facilities

The fact that our bill was incorrect and when I pointed it out to the receptionist she said it was wrong but offered no aplology or explanation. I was charged the same rate for sat and sun night. Luckily I had printed my receipt online and had it with me.

There was very little power in the shower , and we had to step in to a bath to have our shower ??

Great central location in Dublin. Fantastic staff.....great service. And although it was expensive, the breakfast buffet was very good. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, but then again it should be for the price paid.

Really nothing to complain about. We did get lost on our way to find the hotel. Parked the rental car and tried to walk to the location, and had to call the front desk. The person at the front desk was unable to provide directions to the hotel when we were literally 100 meters away, at a major intersection. We had to wander around for 20 more minutes until we stumbled on the hotel.

Loved how central the hotel was, staff very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Free water, nespresso and butlers chocolate which was very thoughtful.

I was visiting with my sister, we booked a twin room but when we arrived, there was no record of the twin booking. We ended up with a very large king which was ok but would have preferred twin beds.

Friendly helpful staff, very comfortable room, good food.

Location of the hotel is brilliant,

We requested early check in and even though we arrived at the hotel at 12.30 we did not get checked in until after 3 pm as there was a mix up with our room. Plus left do nto disturb sign on the door but still received a knock from a member of staff at about 10.45. However over all I would say that the hotel is absolutely first class

The gym was slightly disappointing. Very small, but ultimately served its purpose.

The size of the twin room was smaller than I expected considering the price.

The wait for Breakfast The wall paper was peeling from the wall The lights were hanging from the ceiling and they had the wrong Bulbs in them resulting low levels of light in the room For the price it should have had a seperate shower not one in the bath

Staff were wonderful ,nothing was too much trouble for them . Hotel was pure luxury . Prime location .
