The apartment was kept clean everyday, staff are very accomodating, location is very near the city center. We love the free breakfast. It would be perfect if there was wireless internet connection and lifts to the apartment. |

Attentive and friendly staff, eager to please and sort out any problems we encountered. Centralised location in Galway, perfect for getting around the town. Apartments only have double beds and this was most inconvenient as we were 4 travellers travelling together for the first time - despite requesting twin rooms, they did not advise us of this until we arrived, at which point it was too late to change the booking. |

Location was good, apartment layout was good. Boiler for hot water had not been turned on when we arrive (21.00). One of the beds was a 3/4 double, not ideal for two friends sharing, not necessary as the room was big enough for a double. Having visited, the price seems high for an apartment @ 200 euro per night! |

Very nice apartments, they had everything you need. Also a very good location and safe and secure parking. Washer/Dryer could have used instructions on how to operate them. |

The apartment was clean and spacious although I don't think the bed in the room could be called king-size. The location was excellent being just off Eyre Square so we could walk to shops, pubs etc. It was good value for the five of us in such a good location and with breakfast included. The carpark is a joke! There were cars packed into it and if I had wanted to move my car at any time over the weekend I would not have been able to. Also no lift up to the apartments meant a long haul with suitcases. When I asked reception for some teabags she counted out four ( there was five of us ) and said hotel did not service apartments. |

Central location was brilliant. Cleanliness of apartment and facilities were faultless. Adequate, secure and free parking was so beneficial. Price was reasonable considering this was Galway Race week and bank holiday w/E. The door leading onto the balcony was broken by the previous occupants. Although there was meant to be air con which worked fine in the bedrooms it didn't seem to be as effective in the living area and as a result the room was very, very hot & stuffy. |

The location was great for visiting Dublin and the staff were very friendly. It was nice to have free parking. The apartment had a very definite smell of old cigarette smoke and as we couldn't open the windows we had to put up with the smell for two days. It was definitely a shame as the apartment was very comfortable but not nice to come back to with that smell. Also we had cold showers the first night as no-one explained that we needed to go in to a cupboard to switch on the booster heating switch. There was only a double bed and a king single for four people. A bit of a squash. Definitely not meant for four although advertised as such. |

The location is an easy walk from the centre of Galway. These apartments are advertised as "luxury self-contained with all the comforts of home". We requested a non-smoking apartment but it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the apartment. The apartment has an internal water pump to provide adequate pressure and is very noisy when water is turned on. The apartment lacked many items that a self-contained apartment should have. |

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was a great value. The full breakfast in the morning was wonderful and and the pub was fun to go to in the evening. We were also allowed to keep our car in the car park after check out as we spent time in the city. And the reception clerk mad up a little walking tour of the city which was fun to do. |

The apartment is a great size for a group of friends. It looks like it was just completed, and had all the amenities that you could think of for a weekend, or week away. The apartment we stayed in had a huge wrap around deck that was great for enjoying the city lights with a bottle of wine at night. The hot water was not turned on in the apartment when we arrived, and was a little confusing to figure out. You can only go through the parking garage to get to the apartments, and they continually ran out of car spots in the garage while we were there. They always accommodated us though, and had a bellman jockeying cars around to fit more. |

The apartment was ideal for our family, 2 adults, 3 kids. B & B was included which was handy. The hotel staff were charming. Parking included and central location in Galway city all a big plus A stairgate for the internal stairs into the appartment would have been a thoughtful addition |

Stayed in the apartments. Very close to the square and lovely apartment. Deserves a good rating. If you did not have 5 people it would be pricey. |
