The apartments were excellent, well furnished, modern and immaculate. The position is ideal for shopping, restaurants etc. I thought there may be a problem with noise but we had an excellent night's sleep with no disturbances. The staff were extremely helpful but not intrusive. We would certainly stay there again. |

The location could not have been better we were right beside eyre square meaning shops and nightclubs were all within in walking distance (even in four inch heels!) The only down side was the car parking as it was a one way system which meant depending on traffic it could 10 to 15 minutes getting back to the car park though saying that it has not put me of and on checking out i`ve booked to stay again for the new year. |

The location was perfect, very central. The apartments were brand new, very modern and spacious with nice views. Check in was difficult. Had to check in at the Western Hotel but there is nowhere to park. Had to park on double yellow while someone ran in to hotel to check in. The hotel receptionist then had to sit in the car with us to direct us to the apartment car park. No mention of this problem on the website. |

Great central location. Helpful staff. Clean, spotless apartment. Lovely shower. Minor quibbles, nothing major: The TV was wall-mounted at an awkward height to watch. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped (extra bin bags / a washing cloth). |

The building was new and everything you need when self catering is there. Breakfast staff were very friendly and warm. The ladies at reception (Western Hotel) was not welcoming both on check in and check out times, except for the lady who showed and accompannied us to our room who was very helpful and friendly. It would be better if the apartment has its own reception desk. Can hear some hammering noises at night, not sure if its coming from the shop downstairs. |

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted, a private romantic venue for our wedding aniversary (our 22nd). The apartment was very chic, brand new as they say in glasgow, with everything you would need apart from a coffee expresso maker. Would definately return, in fact making plans to do so next year. Staff were great. Lack of expresso maker the only thing missing, everything else was fab. |

The location was great. The apartment itself was very nice. Clean and modern with great views over Galway Bay. Building is still a work in progress. There is no one at the front desk. There was no phone in the room. The garbage was never emptied the 4 days we were there even though we were assured that Western Hotel service staff would come over. The garage is an obstacle course of construction. |

Great location, nice staff, great views, very clean, good for a family as could self'cater and do the washing. Drying clothes was harder It would be great to have a phone in the room, and some way that guests could be contacted. Wiring needs work... hot water and heating switches all mixed up. |

The location of the apartments were excellent right in the centre of the city . Everything was in walking distance. The aprtments were beautiful and well equiped. We had a brillant time here and will be returning in the future . Do not miss your chance to stay here well worth it. At the moment there is some light work been carried out as these apartments are only new. I had to make one complaint one evening about the noise but within ten minutes it had stopped |

Very good facilities for self catering.Right beside a Marks and Spencers food hall. Breakfast in the hotel very poor full irish breakfast-small portions.Would certainly not feel inclined to eat in hotel based on breakfast experience. |

Highly recommended, particularly if staying for several days or more. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the third floor, which had views of the city and beyond from the large balcony area. The is designated parking for guests in the underground car park (collect keys and codes frrom the Western Hotel). On arrival we were advised that breakfast would be included in our booking at no extra cost. Breakfast was served a couple a minutes walk away at the Westen Hotel - and provided a good cooked breakfast along with usual selection of cereals, etc and lovely freshly baked scones and soda bread. It would have been helpful to provide washing up liquid in the kitchen! |
