Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in. Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place.
There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment.
Upon arrival, for all apartment bookings, a signed damage contract is required. The hotel may request cash or credit card pre-authorisation deposit specified in the policies as a security deposit. The deposit is refunded on departure if no damage has occurred.
Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products is provided upon arrival.
Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancellation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival.
A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
