Apartments are in a prime location with good parking. They are well maintained and comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast served in the Western Hotel and the staff there are very helpful.

Great location, first apartment was dirty. Stained linens. Second apartment had a broken window. Third aprtment had stained linens. Staff worked to correct problems. General lack of mantainance. Would not reccomend.

Beautiful clean accommodation with great views, right in city centre. Friendly helpful staff. A great place to stay thank you very much!

We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

The faucet in the kitchen was broken which made washing dishes a bit messy.

The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. The staff was wonderful and so friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the location made it so easy to walk right into the heart of Galway. And if you don't feel like walking into the city, you can enjoy the view of it from the amazing patio. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Galway.

It is in a great location the apartment is new and specious and very secure it has beautiful views of the city and coast I would certainly use them again and recommend them

Great little 1 bedroom apartment that is fully furnished. The view from the deck is amazing, easy walk to everything and the shower was AMAZING! Full pressure and really nice and hot (if desired). On my next vacation, I will definitely look for these apartments wherever I go.

There's visible some wear and tear that need to be addressed. The heaters didn't seem to work in any part of the apartment. The TV and cable were a little disappointing with limited selection and no DVD player to allow us to rent movies.

I have stayed in a number of apartments across the UK and Ireland and these apartments are the one of the best that I have stayed in. Absolutely fantastic!

The only small minuses were that the sound from the TV didn't match with the visuals - might be something to do with signal. Plus found some rubbish in between the cracks of the sofa.

I think it is a good value for the money. I loved the location, view, free parking, tea pot, fireplace. It was very clean and chic. I love Galway and the apartments were the perfect place to make our week's stay comfortable.

We stayed for a week and there weren't enough pots, pans, silverware, serving bowls. However, we called and someone delivered more silverware and little bowls - no serving bowls or pot holders. If you have an oven, I think it is necessary to have pot holders to take things out of the oven - we had to go out and buy them. Lastly, our internet was extremely unreliable. We lost it often and had to reboot several times a day - and we weren't even around that much.

The apartments were very central. They are also nicely kept and comfortable.

We found the General Manager extremel unhelpful. We accidently dropped the fob for the gates and it fell down into the lift shaft so we could not get it back. We were charged €60 for loosing it which we felt was exhorbitant. It wouldn't have hurt so much if the general manager had handled the situation differently. She was extremely unhelpful and left a bad taste in our mouths. We had planned to return to the apartments in a month or so for a longer stay but will never again stay there after the way she dealt with us. I'd recommend she take a course on "Dealing with People". Also there is parking for only one car and the couches in the kitchen are too low at the back but you'd get over that.

I loved the style of the apartments very modern and homely very center to shops restaurants and bars large living space and all mod cons

The only complaints would be the fire didnt work which isnt a big deal and didnt affect are stay and also the noise because we were so center the clubs were open late and the noise very intence

Had to cancel an apartment the night before checking in due to friends family member being very ill. Disappointed they charged so much.

The appartment was great very central only problem was a €250 security deposit which was very expensive and could put a big dent in your spending money especially when there is no mention of it until you get to the reception at the hotel !!

The only recommendation I'd make would be to install a phone to connect to the main hotel.

the apartments are very central to Galway city centre,they are very spacious,modern and exceptionally clean,great value for money.
