Staff were really friendly and helpful, the location is great, the room was very nice and clean. Only thing that I would change would be maybe to control the heating in the rooms myself, it seemed to come on and off for an hour or so throughout the day and night which sometimes was a bit uncomfortable.

Good location, ample car parking, nice restaurant and bar. When we wanted to check out at 8.45am, nobody was there, the reception was closed - and there was no breakfast. As we paid for a room with breakfast, it would have been nice to have been served one before leaving.

The Location of the hotel was good, 5 min from centre of kinsale Where to start !!!!!!!! We travelled to kinsale as a group of 6, sharing 3 rooms. The first thing we noticed was the foul smell in reception, a mixture of stale beer, urine and food. Although the rooms were clean they were cold, we had to ask for the heat to be turned on. The showers were consistantly cold, and nothing more than a trickle of water, Breakfast was served in the resturant and the foul smell was there all through, food was ok but had to give back dirty mugs on the first morning. Free internet was available but depended on where you were, had to keep going to reception area to pick it up.

The friendly staff at The White Lady were very helpful and outgoing. We experienced a flat tire on our trip to Kinsale, and the staff recommended Kinsale Tyre & Valeting Centre Ltd. It took less than a half hour for them to replace our tire. The staff at the White Lady also set us up at Old Head Golf Course at a reduced rate of 90 Euros (Thank You Peter!). The food and drink was very good, and the friendly locals also frequented the White Lady for dinner. The location is prime, with only a 5 minute walk to the Pubs and Resaturants. The next time I travel to Ireland, I will be sure to spend time at The White Lady in Kinsale.

After a very long day of driving, we were warmly greeted by Anthony at the front door! He treated us like old friends...gave us ideas to do while in Kinsale and even offered to get my husband a teetime at the Old Head! We really enjoyed walking around downtown...such an easy walk...and returned to bar for some wonderful conversation and great food! Breakfast was a bit unorganized...waitress just gave us our food and never asked again if we needed anything like more coffee etc...? We also wished that there could have been music in the bar as we would have stayed right at the White Lady all night long!

The room was well appointed, clean with an en suite bath. The location is close to the center of town and convenient for people touring the area. I breakfast was good and the pub was lively yet no overly noisy at night. The wifi didn't work in my room so I had to go down to the bar to use my device.

In the centre of Kinsale. Room small but perfectly adequate. Clean. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Nothing really, except that the rooms are above a pub/nightclub where music is played late into the night and might be noisy - particularly at weekends. We didn't have this problem because we stayed on Good Friday night.

The staff are extremely friendly, breakfast is good and no request is a problem with the staff. the rooms are really nicely designed and plenty of space. A refreshing change from the same old rectangular hotel rooms. Bathroom was large and very clean. Would definetly return again, its in a good location, walking distance to town, and the staff are great :) Wireless signal didnt reach the bedrooms so you had to work in the lobby. this could be easily rectified by having a few more routers around the building. For anyone with mobility issues there is no lift.

While packing our suitcases before returning to Shannon Airport, we became concerned that our cases were close to the maximum permitted weight. One of the hotel staff volunteered to go home to collect their personal luggage scale and lend this to us. The hotel definitely delivered a high quality service to us. We would stay here again!
