Fleet Street Hotel

Hotellet ligger meget centralt i Dublin i gåafstand fra alle de væsentligste seværdigheder.

Hotellet trænger til en kraftig renovering. Indgangsparti, reception og værelset var særdeles nedslidt.

The man who greeted us on the night was very friendly, the room was large enough, bed was very comfortable, good selection of channels on the tv, bathroom was very clean. I especially liked the dove soap dispensers: quite different to other hotels I've stayed in!

The stairs up to each floor were not very well lit, which gave an eery feel to the place but overall I was very happy!

Conveince to the main area of Dublin and our destiation.

The room smelled of smoking and one of the beds was in need of repair

Location, on Temple Bar, no need for taxis, close to attractions both side of the Liffey.Room was very clean.

Only one iron for the whole hotel!, which did not work when we eventually got it. At first we were told someone had it, come back in an hour! Then they had gone out and the receptionist could not go in their room and get it! This is a city centre hotel, people will be going out and will need to iron clothes (especially as most will have carried their luggage onto a Ryanair plane in a fairly small bag!!) and with 70 rooms they need more than one iron! The place is also looking very tired and dated, but I think this is reflected in the very competitive prices, especially for the location, which is excellent.Hopefully the bar below the hotel will re-open soon.

nothing i did not feel safe in this hotel. room looked like it had been broken into on a number of ocassions.

It was central and suitable for lads on a nite out ,

The ceiling in the bathroom was a deplorable and the curtains and wall were covered in dust as the top ,

Great location. Comfortable beds.

Hotel was a bit dated. Carpet was warn, stairs in need of repair. There was a large hole in our window (looked like a bullet hole).

This Hotel was extemely noisey 24 hours. Definately not the place to stay if you want to sleep.

Our original reservation was for 4 nights but got out the next day. Pictures you have in the internet are not even close to what they are in real life.

To start you don't even have a nice entrance. Hallways too dark. Couldn't have a shower because water was very hot. Reference breakfast and you didn't have it. People at front desk not friendly. Did not like your hotel at all. The price was ridiculous for the type of room we had. Bathroom floor very very dangerous, when wet very slippery. We moved to the hotel next door to you for one euro more with breakfast and all the conforts that we did not get in your hotel.

Location and rate. (We were only in the hotel to sleep, there was no breakfast in the hotel and we were out all day - including evening)

The carpet and wallpapers looked a little worn/shabby.

Found the receptionist to be very rude when we arrived and wished to check in

Okay room - good sized bathroow with good shower.

Only 2 small towels left in the room! A small pillow was only on bed with little padding. Room had something outside window like a generator which made it hard to sleep. Price was too dear for this - 5 star radisson deals are way cheaper.

It was in a good location.

The sink had a large chunk which had broken off. When we told reception about it they were already aware of it. There was a for sale sign outside which may be the reason for their reluctance to fix it but as a running business it's not really in line with health & safety recquirements.
