Location, Staff, Comfy Bed
lift always stops at floor 1 always :-( but its only a little gripe loved the hotel
Helpfulness of staff and ability to provide an early breakfast. The speed and availability of the Wi-Fi was excellent.
Bedroom at rear of hotel was near a nightclub so party noise through to 3am. Then the cleansing dept. started, so not a quality night's sleep!
Excellent location, average to basic bedroom for the price but excellent shower.
Unhelpful night staff, shocking view out window, overpriced but obviously paying for the location.
First of all I want to praise the work of the lady at breakfast this last Saturday (25/10). The place was very busy but she managed to welcome everyone in with a warm smile and also tried her best to have everyone sitting down to eat as all the tables were full. Unfortunately I did not manage to see her name... Front desk staff was also great and managed to get us to a room straight when we came in, several hours earlier than check in time, and also gave us a choice of a bigger room with maybe some outside noise or a smaller room but quieter. Was very appreciated! I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
We have already booked our next stay. Already recomenddd it ti friends. Staff great. Front of desk very helpful.
The noise coming from building across the street.
Bathroom was amazing
Decor of rooms
Excellent location, was worth what we paid for it, would'nt pay the high season rates.
Toilet was from the last (19th) century, had to a minor repair job to it myself, was'nt worth the hassle of getting house keeping. Breakfast room was cramped, you were banging elbows with the person next to you.
the location friendly staff free coffee and tea making facilities in room free coffee machine at reception peaceful room
the materess springs!!
Great central location. Friendly staff. Rooms in the back are quiet.
Wi-Fi access in our room wasn't always working.
Location, location, location! Great shower and immaculately clean bathrooms.
The compromise to the awesome location is that you seem to either choose from roaring vent noise rooms or street noise rooms. I don't think any room in this hotel is quiet. The windows blocked out a lot of noise, but the absence of air con made it really stuffy. The beds also need an urgent upgrade.
Loved the location, right in the heart of the city. Clean, comfy beds, nice staff, good location and for the price couldnt ask for more
nicely refurbished glass of champagne on arrival
you are really paying for location, perfect hotel for going out in the temple bar area Room too hot
The staff, the coffee machine in the reception, the interior decoration
The hotel was a labyrinth and probably not that well accessible for disabled because of the stairs in between the floors
I stayed 7 days in this hotel. Very comfortable and staffs are kind. In reception, there are complementary drinks are waiting for you all the time. And there are big supermarket which is very convenient to buy small food and water. This hotel is located in exactly enterence of temple bar area which means lots of tourist at night around hotel. They are walking around like all night even you go to bed. I am very good to sleep in every situation but if you are senstive person then you have to consider.
Location, friendliness of staff, honesty bar
Our twin beds were cheap brand, legs bent and mattresses DEAD!!!! First time in my life I havehave suffered with any form of backache. Pillows also needed replacing. Bed linen fine.
Great location, very nice staff, clean, etc.
Twin beds, loud at night - construction early in the a.m. next door.
We stayed 2 nights at this property and overall we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and the location is extremely central.
Unfortunately the hotel is renovating their rooms and placed us directly opposite some very loud ongoing labour and construction. This would not have been a big issue had the work been restricted to later hours but it seemed they actually did their loudest work from 8:30 to 10am (angle grinders and hammering). I mentioned this to the reception staff after our first morning and although they did offer to move us they did not have an equivalent size or standard available. They took note that we weren't happy with the noise in the early hours so we thought this would resolve the matter, but it happened again the next morning anyway. If loud construction work is imperative at this time in the morning then they should not be selling the rooms surrounding it.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great just a little ways away from a lot of attractions (walking distance). A good value
has the potential to be noisy, but it wasn't for us.
Great location for our tours, restaurants and entertainment. A bit of noise from the streets but helpful staff and location would bring us back again.
Just the noise of the cleaning of the street and rubbish collection. Can't help that.
Water pressure. This is something that should be in the rating criteria - a lot of hotels have very poor water pressure... Not unlike a light sprinkle. This one has a GREAT shower with Excellent water pressure.
The cleaners leaving their cleaning station just outside my door everyday... Could hardly get my luggage through.
Very good position, very good price, in the middle of the dublin touristic life
in the middle of the dublin touristic life, sleep can be difficult :-)
Location right in Temple Bar
Noisy and the bed wasn't the best
Great location , very central
Postion Room In temple bar, close to the pub, just 1 minute), but confortable and not noisy
WiFi not really working well in the room. Too expensive (but as all the others Hotels in Dublin in general)
Great location, coffee in the lobby was lovely., grocery market across the street was handy.
Room was very small...bed not too comfortable.
