Loved the location, right in the heart of the city. Clean, comfy beds, nice staff, good location and for the price couldnt ask for more
nicely refurbished glass of champagne on arrival
you are really paying for location, perfect hotel for going out in the temple bar area Room too hot
The staff, the coffee machine in the reception, the interior decoration
The hotel was a labyrinth and probably not that well accessible for disabled because of the stairs in between the floors
Great location, very nice staff, clean, etc.
Twin beds, loud at night - construction early in the a.m. next door.
We stayed 2 nights at this property and overall we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and the location is extremely central.
Unfortunately the hotel is renovating their rooms and placed us directly opposite some very loud ongoing labour and construction. This would not have been a big issue had the work been restricted to later hours but it seemed they actually did their loudest work from 8:30 to 10am (angle grinders and hammering). I mentioned this to the reception staff after our first morning and although they did offer to move us they did not have an equivalent size or standard available. They took note that we weren't happy with the noise in the early hours so we thought this would resolve the matter, but it happened again the next morning anyway. If loud construction work is imperative at this time in the morning then they should not be selling the rooms surrounding it.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great just a little ways away from a lot of attractions (walking distance). A good value
has the potential to be noisy, but it wasn't for us.
Great location for our tours, restaurants and entertainment. A bit of noise from the streets but helpful staff and location would bring us back again.
Just the noise of the cleaning of the street and rubbish collection. Can't help that.
Water pressure. This is something that should be in the rating criteria - a lot of hotels have very poor water pressure... Not unlike a light sprinkle. This one has a GREAT shower with Excellent water pressure.
The cleaners leaving their cleaning station just outside my door everyday... Could hardly get my luggage through.
Very good position, very good price, in the middle of the dublin touristic life
in the middle of the dublin touristic life, sleep can be difficult :-)
Location right in Temple Bar
Noisy and the bed wasn't the best
Great location , very central
Postion Room In temple bar, close to the pub, just 1 minute), but confortable and not noisy
WiFi not really working well in the room. Too expensive (but as all the others Hotels in Dublin in general)
Great location, coffee in the lobby was lovely., grocery market across the street was handy.
Room was very small...bed not too comfortable.
The staff were lovely .
Amazing location! Jst the edge of templebar, so much jst on your doorstep! Staff were so pleasant and efficient! Can't recommend this place enough, perfect base for exploring! Modern and comfortable! Showers were great, room was perfect for 2, reception was lovely! Even following check out we some stuff behind and they contacted us that afternoon and posted it back free of charge and it was with us just days later, excellent customer service! Would definately go back! :)
Our room was perfect for us but wasn't the biggest we've stayed in, for some who needed a bit more space might be best requesting a more spacious room, there were tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TV which are great But there was no fridge, which again was fine for us But may be a factor for others. Other than these small things it was a very comfortable stay!
Was quite warm at night - need a fan
Staff were helpful. Terrific location right beside Palace Bar and near Temple Bar.
Room needs makeover to provide expected level of comfort. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable (asked for other pilows but all were equally poor). Carpet was terribly sad. I hope it was clean but it just looked dirty and tacky. The view from our window was a miserable mish mash of basement water pipes.
Location was great.
Bed was very lumpy and small. There were no toiletries as advertised. Hotel entrance was always crowded with smokers from the TGIFridays that was located under the hotel. There was no air conditioning and noise from open windows was really loud and bothersome.
The bathroom has a hole in the wall facing the pipes. Very thin pillows with uncomfortable mattresses. Breakfast is too expensive for what they serve.
The heavy loud noise along the nights due to trucks unloading stuff under the windows. The hotel staff ignored the problem.
The location was terrific - right in the middle of the main Dublin hub. No noise issues that had been flagged as possible issues by others for the area. parking ( opposite) was easy and convenient.
The lift was slow and always stopped at l1 - reception. With a swipe you should be able to bypass the L1 stop.
Good clean hotel in excellent position. However we are an older couple with a heavy suitcase & getting to our room was difficult due to 3 to 4 steps on each floor after getting off lift.
Perfectly located in the heart of Dublin - walk to everything! The little store across the street was handy for snacks, toiletries, and an ATM. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and quiet, the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good location if you want to be near Temple bar but also convenient for walking to other areas. Clean Good breakfast for 10.95€
Booked taxi to airport for 6. It was supposed to be 27€ flat rate. Two cabs came instead of van so we had to pay double. Not hotel problem but beware if you book taxi.
Great location, the stuff was very helpful, the room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well. So for someone who wants to stay at the very centre of Dublin and can't afford 4 or 5 stars this hotel is a very good option. Good value for money.
