Close to town for bars / shops Nightclub not part of hotel. room very basic and payment for room has to be made up front - so if you had complaint - already paid. Lighting very poor in room |

Location was great, staff were great, price represented good value. Decor is a bit dated, lack of hot water in shower was sobering. |

When we checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and professional - a very good start - first impressions count! The staff in the bar/restaurant were also very friendly and helpful too. |

No hassle, well organised and most important cheap. Very central with ability to have the craic and a late night with the lads. Get up and have breakfast with out a 10am curfew. Gear this hotel completely for young revelers/ stag or hens/ add Golf outtings by linking with local clubs for deals. Cash up front was ok but can suggest no trust in your guest. I think two of our party left without their €20 deposit. |

it was in the middle of the nitelife and near all the shops and cafe's. the hotel bar was nicely decorated. there was no parking, or safe parking. there was no nite security on the door anyone could walk into the hotel. the hotel was not as clean as standard ie: carpets were stained and bathroom needed full tile and floor cleaning. |

Reception staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Dining room staff equally friendly. Disappointed that online computer facilities not available during my stay (16-22 Aug). Room a bit noisy from raucous revellers in the street |

The hotel room was fine, but this is the worst place we have stayed induring our stay in Ireland (or probably anywhere.)! The noise outside from the pubs and the people coming in and out of hotel nightclub was unbelievably loud from about 11pm until about 3,30 am. The street was full of drunken young young people shouting. It was impossible to sleep even with a pillow over your head. Imagine Ibiza on a bad night, then double it. Nice reception staff but not their fault. Do not stay here unless you are a participant. |

I felt that the staff were excellent and very accomadating and that includes everybody from the bar staff to the doormen to reception, considering there was a group of 26 of us there, not one person left with anything bad to say about our stay which i think is testement to the tollerance of the staff. because my friends can be annoying with drink in them. All in all we enjoyed our stay, however although your food was great the whole proccess from ordering the food to paying for it could possibly be improved. If everybody had paid for the food they ordered first and got a ticket for it, then it would have avoided the confussion at the end when there was 8 meals to be paid for but uncertainty over who had ordered them. It was a case of it was definitely our food, i'm not disputing that, but it was more myself having to chase my friends for the money because the whole process was unclear to most of them. Had we been told to pay for the meal before we got them, i would never of had to pay for 2 meals i didn't have. The staff couldn't help me pinpoint who ordered what. it was just confusing that |

The central location was very useful which meant that there were plenty of nice bars, clubs and restaurants near by. The building the hotel was in was quite old and there was a distinct musty or damp odour in the corridors, but this did not affect the rooms or bar and reception area. |

The bed was comfortable and there was a good view from the window. The staff were helpful, especially with car-parking. If money were available the hotel could do with more coordinated colour schemes. The fact that breakfast was not served until way after 9.00 a.m. is a distinct disadvantage. Guests ought to be advised about nearby coffee shops. The bar was closed on one of the nights that I stayed there, perhaps because of a teenage non-alcoholic disco in the hotel's nightclub. The hotel is in a good location for people who like to walk about town. Generally speaking it could do with a bit of loving. |
