Freindly staff, comfortable foyer, good location, a bit of character. breakfast was stronger on quantity than quality. Nightclub noise on the thursday was a bit of an issue.

Great Location, in the centre of town, great for going out and for shopping. The hotel was noisy at nighttime, however we were forewarned, so not a issue.

I heard it was part of a nightclub and some rooms could be noisy - when I said this to the receptionist she checked my room number and immediatley changed me to a room far away from the noisy nightclub. Room large and comfortable. Very good value. It is quite a noisy hotel outside due to its position on the street and the night club - I bought ear plugs in the chemist beside the hotel and had a peaceful nights sleep.

Central location. Cheap room. Very noisy outside due to the nightclub but not an issue for us as we were out until late ourselves. Perfect as a good value place to stay if you plan on taking in the nightlife.

The hotel was great for our trip as it was a gang of ladies aaway for a birthday trip. Its location was spot on and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us. The only fault I would have was at the end of the night when we were heading back to our rooms there was a lot of people walking the corridors that were not residents. There was nobody downstairs to check on people going up to the rooms so anybody could go up, it felt a bit unsafe as a lot of these were men. However when we mentioned it to one of the bouncers he immediately apologised and offered to escort us up to our rooms and he removed any people from the corridors who shouldn't have been up there.

We booked a room at a very cheap price, and got our money's worth. Sheena on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were out in Ennis for a friend's farewell party and the location for us was great. We came back to our room at 1.30 and the heating had been turned off. The room was freezing! I'm all for saving money, but turning the heat off in the middle of January is just mean. Fortunately we had a room with a double and single bed so we slept under both duvets

Queens is very central and quite a buzzing little spot. I found the receptionists and cleaning staff very friendly and hospitable The security guard on the door on the night after the night club was very rude and agressive and even though we were residents it took him ages to let us in. Was not impressed by this at all. This should not happen when you've paid for your accomodation!
