In a great location in the center of Ennis, just off the main road from Galway and Shannon, the Ashford Court Boutique Hotel is tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Reasonable price and central location in Ennis
Carpets in bedroom very stained, and the shower temperature regulator did not work.
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff
As the title suggests, it was hard to get a good nights sleep as there was a band playing until after one in the morning. Also, lack of wifi within the room was a downside.
Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was absolutely top notch. Request for ironing board, extra blanket, hangers etc were met within minutes. If you plan to be a late night reveller, it would be grand.
Mattress was a big dip and not comfortable. Old ill fitting windows meant that even though we were on the third floor, the sounds of patrons outside (smokers?) seemed like they were in our room. In fairness, the name of the place gives fair warning it won't be quiet. Few hangers in wardrobe.
we did like the hotels location and easy to park right opposite hotel
very noisy guests on our floor arrived back after 4am ,,, then whoever they were decided to ring our room and my friends room, pretending to be the manager and asking us if we were enjoying our stay at about 5 am... i was not at all impressed.... but i know its not the fault of the hotel
easy to find, ambiance, Claire at the desk, food and pub
what I didnt like claire solved!
No nearby parking.
food was good staff helpful. good value for money, stayed mon and tuesd nite and there was music in pubs and good crowd about, meals next door in cruse bar-restaurant was first class and good pints served by therese who was just great .
carpets where not clean and tv had only one station . pay parking was expensive
staff- lovely helpful and friendly receptionist; nice firm bed; nice bed linen; location for where I needed to be; staff again! price; being on my own!
general decor shabby; noise from nightclub; only 5 channels on ancient tv; half a toilet roll; generally run down; felt every cent of €49
place in the centre, near night club , live music
big noice oposit street
anytime i stay in Ennis its the Queens Hotel for me me . excellent location value for money and very friendly staff. top marks to the Queens.
Everything was good.
The noise AFTER the night club. Gosh I wondered if it were a match that was going on. And it didn't stop till 5.30am
Location was excellent.
Stayed here on a Thursday night. Were accommodated on first floor. A live band played in bar below until 2am and music was loud enough that we could hear clearly the lyrics of every single song. Sleep was impossible until bar closed. Asked staff on checkout why they couldn't have put us further away from bar given hotel wasn't busy and was told "the noise is the same in all the rooms"
stayed in room might aswell been in the nite club with the noise
staff were very nice and we were ing made aware that there was a night club attached to the hotel.
The shower wasn't great since we were only stay one night we didn't complain and the beds were great but very clean and great location and safe.
Staff were very helpful, polite .. room was excellent
very near shops bars resteurants ect
staff were excellent Restaurant prices great value for miney
arrangements for car parking with Clare county council was very poor
It is a great central spot to stay in. An array of pubs and shops to choose from. Niteclub is excellent , and when staff are friendly makes the stay all the better. yolo bar across the road has excellent food at great prices.
Have stayed here a few times and it is hit and miss with the staff sometimes they can be friendly and helpful but other times they can be rude and unhelpful. Twice we stayed we asked for late checkout and got it but last time we asked about late checkout and were told by a girl at desk that they don't do late checkouts!! Also in the niteclub we were told next time we stayed to inform the receptionist that we wanted free entry to club so did this only to be told "oh no we don't have anything to do with niteclub" . Bit confused.com. Also the colour of the residents bar is a bit depressing , dark blue not very warm and inviting atmosphere.
To be honest I cannot say one bad thing about the Queens Hotel. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the receptionist at the desk greeted us with a lovely smile so we were happy. 10/10 :)
The staff was ok, they allowed us to change the room, very good breakfast (recommended) for only 5 euro. It's ok to stay for a night if you can sleep with noise and music
The noise and the music from the disco bar was over the limit everywhere in the hotel until 2 a.m., in all the rooms without exception. not recommended for families with children or for anyone who cannot sleep with noise. The rooms need renovation, the furniture is old and scratched.
Rooms were very old. Loud music and a lot of yelling during the night from the clubs downstairs. No Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby. No parking onsite.
Excellent value for money with the option to have freshly cooked breakfast each morning at an unbelievable price. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, would stay again and would recommend to other people.
Just a minor drawback not having own car park but public parking only a very short walk.
Very central. Friendly helpful and obliging staff.
No car Park. Decor a bit drab and dated in reception and public area..
Friendly staff, with a good security team.
Having to pay for parking. Basic rooms.
Central location. Easy facility to park locally for 2 Euro overnite.
Pub/Club across the street extremely noisy. I had been informed of this at booking tho. Bring a sleeping tablet :-)
