A former manor house dating back to the 18th century, this ivy-clad residence has been totally refurbished to provide the warmth of a country home with the style of a luxury hotel.

Everything was good.
The noise AFTER the night club. Gosh I wondered if it were a match that was going on. And it didn't stop till 5.30am
stayed in room might aswell been in the nite club with the noise
staff were very nice and we were ing made aware that there was a night club attached to the hotel.
The shower wasn't great since we were only stay one night we didn't complain and the beds were great but very clean and great location and safe.
Staff were very helpful, polite .. room was excellent
very near shops bars resteurants ect
staff were excellent Restaurant prices great value for miney
arrangements for car parking with Clare county council was very poor
To be honest I cannot say one bad thing about the Queens Hotel. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the receptionist at the desk greeted us with a lovely smile so we were happy. 10/10 :)
Rooms were very old. Loud music and a lot of yelling during the night from the clubs downstairs. No Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby. No parking onsite.
Excellent value for money with the option to have freshly cooked breakfast each morning at an unbelievable price. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, would stay again and would recommend to other people.
Just a minor drawback not having own car park but public parking only a very short walk.
Very central. Friendly helpful and obliging staff.
No car Park. Decor a bit drab and dated in reception and public area..
Friendly staff, with a good security team.
Having to pay for parking. Basic rooms.
No kettle in the room but there was cups and tea bags and coffee! No parking on site! And had to pay for parking
Friendly staff very accommodating .
Noise level poor facilities .
We really enjoyed the staff and they made our stay very welcome
the weather wasn't grate
The room itself was nice.
I didn't like that I had to go down to the lobby to use wifi I thought it was a bit ridiculous to be honest and frustrating. The bathroom needs a complete update, was vey small and the shower itself kept making a noise, disturbing my sleep.
the location was in the middle of a scenic town and the staff was helpful - the room exceeded my expectations.
This is an okay place. It needs updating badly but that's all. Noisy at night but it is a nightclub, after all. Reception was efficient and the adjoining Cruises restaurant was terrific--great atmosphere and excellent food!
People of Clare are nice
Hotel could do with new windows you don't get to sleep till everyone has left the street out side not good for a family
The rooms above the nightclub are not in any way soundproofed. It's impossible to sleep there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
very central staff friendly
room small bathroom dirty bath very dirty tv antenna wire broken
Reception Staff very helpfull and friendly
Toilet Seat up in Bathroom and a large "POO" floating around. Not a good first impression. Extremely noisey. One socket by floor for kettle and my hairdryer. Very tired looking Bath with overhead shower which was poor. Provided 2 shampoos and no shower gell
Friendly Staff, and very convienent
Thought decor was very dull in bedrooms.
Staff were very friendly Rooms are lovely and comfortable Nightclub is brilliant and friendly Would recommend to everyone
Rooms were clean, nice and accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was above the pub next door (belonging to the hotel) and it was very noisy until late at night due to the smoking area I suspect. Wasn't expected on a Monday night but it wasn't a huge issue for us.
