even though it was a non smoking room it smelled very strongly of smoke, as if some item in the room had been in a smoking room previously. |

central location to where I was on buisness. Hotel itself was generally quiet. Free parking and gym facilities, Staff very friendly Unfortunately at time of booking i didn't specify non-smoking, stale smell of smoke in smokers level and room, also was noisey roadside room but was changed without hassle next morning for remainder of stay |

I liked he modern rooms and helpful staff , the carpark was really convenient ,and the swimming pool had some relaxing water features we had not experienced before. Mostly we were very satisfied with our stay. We were going to eat in the restaurant but it was very noisy and the tables did not seem as comfortable or up to the standard of the bedrooms so we ate elsewhere . |

The standard of the rooms and food were refereshing change for a business trip Although I had booked four rooms on line the hotel did not have a record of this booking on arrival, luckily there were rooms available. Ithen recieved a letter in my room stating I had spent past my limit when the room had been paid for on a company credit card. |

Nice hotel, close to Luas line into Dublin, or M50 for driving anywhere. Free parking. Very comfortable rooms at great rates. This was our third stay. Let's say the staff don't go out of their way you show appreciation for staying at the hotel. They're not rude, but not particularly pleasant either. Cleanliness/hygiene around pool could have been better. |

Extremely friendly staff and very welcoming hotel. We were in room 206 - the partition on the balconies between the rooms have been poorly installed. You could easily walk from our balcony onto the balcony of room 207 - this is shocking. Attached restaurant is ridiculously expensive. |

The reception staff helped immediately we had a problem. The room we had was on the 5th floor - very quiet. Papers were available First impression was a little disconcerting as the football stdium had had a big match which just finished when we arrived. The hot breakfast item seemd to take a long time to replace when empty |

The room and hotel were modern and clean with a very comfy bed, the leisure facilities were also very good. The hotel was a bit too warm but that was it's only fault, so if you are a cold bod, it would be a perfect hotel! |

I didn't like the location, as it was very noisey in the evenings with traffic, emergency vehicles. I couldn't find room service details, but I didnt enquire either. Perhaps it is available? Also, there was a lot of wild children (and I have kids myself) in the pool area Friday evening with no hotel staff visible to supervise. The boys were running in and out of the Ladies changing room with the blue plastic shoes making water bombs. |

It was clean and there were good facilities. The staff were helpful. We were initially put in smoking rooms despite asking for non smoking but were moved on request. The hotel is situated on a busy road and the noise was disturbing |

The only thing that I did not like was the fact we were not told about the match that was held across the road in the stadium. Apparently this is every two weeks and when booking I should have been told about this. The bar was very crowed and noisey and this went on late into the night. |

The design of the hotel with the huge glasses and the stylish furnitures were great. I also loved the balcony with mountain views, and it was great fun to see a football match from our room (stadium is literally over the street). The leisure centre was lovely with jacuzzi, steam, sauna and swimming pool. Not too crowded and perfect after a long day. The luas station is almost on the corner, just like a loads of bus stops (one is straight to the airport), shops and a shopping centre with a cinema. Overall I liked the hotel, as staying there was really good value for money, and for me the swimming pool took it all. The shower curtain was disgusting, smelled like sweat, i think they should wash that. I had also problems with the noise. The hotel is situated on the corner of two really busy road (4-6 lanes). Although the windows isolate great, you can hear too much. Anyway It is perfect if you are a tourist and don't spend too much time in the room. The hotel is 45, 60 minutes from the city centre, which for me was too much twice a day. And finally there was the fire exit Door, which separated the rooms from a sitting area on every floor, and we were lucky enough to get a room absolutely next to one. When somebody came in, just let the door close by itself. It should have been slowed to close quietly, but our door just shutted very loudly. Annoying. |
