Right across the road from Tallaght stadium, great for us a we were there to watch the rugby league
Dirty carpet in room, gym very poor and dirty
It was a very pleasant stay.
There was nothing that annoyed me
Good basic hotel, clean
I like the cleanliness of the room and the balcony. And the service was prompt and dinner at the hotel was amazing. Staff Ross who tool our order was professional and friendly and helpful. Lamb was recommended and was devine and my partners Tallaght By Pass Steak sandwich went down a treat. Food and staff were fantastic.
Didn't like the Superior room that I booked because the Bed didn't look superior. There should be a feeling of Superior Room look. More pillows. Toilettries. And maybe i expected it to be bigger because it looked like a double i have been in before in other hotels. Room 306 lacked Superior ness. Sorry to say that. It was a good room but I didn't feel like it was quite worth the price I paid. But it was comfortable and clean.
The staff was excellent, couldn't do enough for you. The health club, workout area was very good. Nice pool.
Difficult time trying to check in. I had a difficult time finding the entrance to park. The room was a little too warm, kept the outside door open most of the time
The location suited my needs very well. The rooms were very clean and well presented, Beds were comfortable and there was a pleasant view from pation doors, my request for a quite room was accomodated. Staff were pleasant, the manager went out of his way to assist me on my arrival to show me to my room and allowed me to use staff lift as the guest ones were out of order and the food in the bar/restaurant was tasty. The hotel was very accomodating in relation to their car park and were generous in allowing me to park there for the duration of each of the check out days. The car park is very convenient to the hotel and felt car was secure. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it as I appreciate the target market might not be targeted at the leisure traveller.
The rooms were very warm at night, there was a patio door but there was no mechasim to keep door open. I had booked a double room but I stayed there 8 nights in total and had to request an extra set of towels a number of times, I would have thought it should be a given under a double room booking. The selection of TV channells was odd, not very mainstream. I ate in the bar which doubles as the restaurant a number of times at night. The seating in there is very shabby and needs a good cleaning if replacement is not an option. One of the lifts was broken for the entire 2 weeks of my stay.
Comfortable bed Hot shower Reception staff helpfulness
I had booked and paid 135 euro but I saw rooms advertised on the internet a few days ago for a fraction of that price
Very clean, location is excellent for the Hospital adn easy to get to from the M50.
The room was so hot, it was too difficult to sleep. It was like being in a sauna. Also around 9pm on the second evening of my stay, a male member of staff knocked on my door asking if I was ok which I thought was weird and' was I smoking in the room', (I was not) then he said he had to check my bathroom and pretty much pushed past me ( I had just taken a shower and had a towel adn coat on me, no time to get dressed with the incessent knocking on my room door). The fire alarm then went off and he stormed off without another word.It was very rude and a bit creepy.I wont be staying there again
Room was nice, clean and spacious. We got room service and food was lovely.
The room was kept clean and tidy.
The matress on the bed had past its best. I was on the first floor and the noise of the traffic was bothering.
Great transport links
room furnishings were lovely, comfy bed, shower was great, clean towels everyday, great hairdryer, waiters in the restaurant were very nice, had the 3 course special menu which was delicious, hotel open areas very spacious. tramstop across the road and only 2.90 euro into dublin centre. great value for money hotel,i was very pleasantly surprised. sauna, steamroom and pool all good.free parking was excellent and very secure.
booked this hotel knowing it had no air-conditioning as i thought ireland in sept we wouldnt need it...i was wrong, it was extremely hot in room at night. had a lovely balcony and wouldve been nice if there had been a couple of chairs to admire the view. my partner went down to the bar himself and bought a bottle of wine and some other drinks and carried them on a tray upto the room himself and was still charged the 5euro roomservice charge!
Was in room 320 traffic noise so next I will ask for a room at the back.
Handy, good value , good parking
No ac traffic noise all through the night
We found the hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were kept clean, with fresh towels and bedding every day. The food was excellent with a wide variety to suit everyone.
My only comment on what I didn't like was that the wifi was very slow. This is my only complaint about the hotel.
Room was spacious, bathroom was gorgeous location was perfect
Bed was like concrete, room was dusty.
location & food
The tables in the eating area were not clean at lunchtime or in the evening. They were sticky...the waiter did clean it for me but it was still sticky. He said they are old. They simply need covers on all over them.there were crumbs on the tables at lunchtime. The food was only mediocre the salad was congealed looking at lunchtime. The chicken wings in the evening when I picked one up the tip of it was cold. The rest of it was hot. Not good... Also there was a smell of sewerage in my bathroom.
staff were nice- just incompetent and not up on customer service-
- staff took to long to deal with enquires- ie over 30 minutes to check in because they could not figure out the booking- my hotel room phone was not connected and it took two days to sort. staff in the bar and restaurant were slow- the breakfast was rubbish very frustrating visit- not happy at all will be sending complaint to hotel direct
My room was a twin, a large room, full wall to wall window great light for day. Comfortable beds clean crisp sheets. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet and alot to choose from fresh and edible.
Only grips was, I thought my daughter left the window open, as I could her people talking on the street below we were on the second floor. This would not stop me staying again id just ask to stay on a higher floor.
Location was brilliant
Waited 2 hours in lobby for room to be ready. Food wasn't great, staff were confused with all the orders.
There was rust or some type of fungi in pool I had to get out with my daughter as I was worried for our health . I based where I stayed on whether or not there was a pool so I was very disappionted.
It's a nice hotel.
Location - easy access to motorway Food in restaurant (evening meal)
Heat in room, no air con so couldn't sleep, also very noisy from constant traffic outside so keeping window open not an option. Fri night hotel full of drunks with doors slamming constantly
