you are a cheesy number!!! its a corp hotel with sheep talking
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Excellent leisure facilities. Staff were helpful and professional in general. The level of cleanliness in the entire hotel and the room service was beyond reproach.
I had a bad experience with Diego, a member of staff, when I got lost on the Mezzanine floor late at night on 27th December. He was rude and threatening in his treatment of us and referred to my niece (who was staying with me as I have a broken leg) as my partner. She was absolutely horrified and went back to her mum's house the next day. I made a verbal report of this on 29th Dec but even though I stayed until 09 Jan, I never did receive an explanation nor an apology for this.
Everything.. Beautiful rooms too..
Wifi signal in the rooms was slow and unstable.
First time in Ireland with friends. I would like to Thank Katie, she was amazing, she helped us with early check in, she was polite and very friendly. She advised us where to go site seeing. The hotel it self was nice and facilities were excellent.
The location , the hotel in general , the staff , the service . Top marks
Room was nice and quiet
That there was no dinners served only soup and sandwiches
The twin room was very bright, and airy. Liked the spa.
The booking in at spa reception not very good. Difficult to access towels etc, no locks for lockers and nowhere secure to leave bags. No seats around pool area to relax
The Manager Anthony was particularly helpful
in a good location with Luas (public transport) stop very near so you can be in the centre of Dublin in less than an hour. It also has a good size shopping centre (the square Tallaght) very near. the staff were very friendly. did not have time to look at the leisure centre so i cannot comment on it. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.
it really needs to be refurbished. the carpets in the room and in the hallways were very stained and the seats in the breakfast room had many stains also.
Staff at reception . Christian , romanian guy he was unprofessional .
The room was lovely.
Breakfast on both mornings was terrible, cold and very poor quality.
Proximity to family and the leisure facilities
Some staff on reception were not very approachable or helpful
The hotel was ok for a short visit.
There was very little atmosphere in the hotel the dinning area left a lot to be desired. The food was ok but no feeling of welcome in the dinning area.
Rude waitress in the bar and one pass for two days for two people for wi-fi
Close to the luas
Disbelief of staff over what my confirmation email contained and theirs. Never had any problem with booking.com before but the hotel weren't very nice handling it.
General ambience, helpful staff, plentiful and varied breakfast, interesting architecture, convenient situation, fast lifts which always worked and, most of all for my grandchildren a lovely, good-sized pool.
The bedroom seemed too hot at night and I found the duvet too heavy. Of course this is a personal judgement & others might find just the opposite. Decor and carpets were a bit tired - a sign of the times or perhaps because we were taking advantage of a 'value offer' - the public areas were great.
