Clean comfortable room and staff who sorted out a problem that I encountered very efficiently.

Price of drink. Why does a pint of Carlsberg beer have to be 37.5% more expensive than what I paid for it the previous night in Donegal? Hotel mark-ups for alcohol are ridiculous.

Lovely and warm. Very clean. Bed so comfortable.

Had forgotten toothbrush. No disaposable toothbrush available at reception desk.

this is your typical 3* hotel. The furnishings & decor needed renewing years ago. The food, both breakfast & restaurant bar food are expensive for what they are & very poor quality. The staff were lovely, but run off their feet. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, wouldn't stay here again.

Location suited us ,close to family, and to the Square where there were plenty of restaurants to eat at, along with the bus to downtown.

I didn't like the fact only 2 towels and no face cloth provided in the room. I didn't like 1 pillow per person. No iron, only some interesting pant hot press that we couldn't figure how to work. And finally the hairdryer, having to hold down the button to work it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

They had signs up about "greening" the hotel and reusing towels to be more environmentally friendly but didn't follow their own guidelines. We would have like to reuse our towels the second day to cut down on waste so we hung them to dry and they were taken away regardless. If they promote reusing to save on energy and water they should follow through.

The personnel were very kind and helpful, especially Ilona at the front desk. The restaurant manager-waiter and barmen also very helpful. The price was very reasonable.

The magnetic door keys often would not work and had to be reprogrammed. The desk staff were very accomadating to help with that.

tried on several occasions to get faxing done for work which is why i was there in the 1st place.....such a big deal made out of this simple little thing...hense no faxing got done and I had to ask the Plaza which is where Im staying since...

noisy at night with traffic. Need ear plugs.

Bar area, breakfast area is very unpleasant, need an update. Lifts wasn't working 2 nights that we stayed. And one of the staff was very brutal when we ended up in en suite by mistake, cause lifts wasn't operating properly and brought us up there, cards wasn't working.

My sister and I stayed in the Maldron on friday night and we found everything very good, the staff were friendly and helpfull the breakfast was good the room was lovely, and very clean

we found the room was very warm during the night, maybe turn down the heating a bit.

I liked everything about the hotel,it was spotlessly clean and so comfortable,I would be obliged to stay here again and will in the near future,

The room we had was amazing, gorgeous views out to the hills and just across the road to the tram station which took us to the very centre of Dublin. Perfect.

There was a little noise coming from a Christmas party one floor below us- but come on, we came during the Xmas party season, so we have nothing really to grumble about!

I mentioned to the Reception Lady about my previous comments from a previous stay. The Carpets in my room as before require cleaning with small black stains and marks. It is very off putting whenever a simple rota of cleaning a certain number of rooms per week would alleviate this eyesore. I was given the proverbial nod of agreement-but it means nothing-if thee is no action taken. Manager of the hotel do take a sample look at the state of the bedroom carpets-you would not accept this in your own home???

Free car park for residents. Comfortable room, leisure club changing rooms kept clean.

€30 for an extra (camp bed) bedding for my 5 yrs old very expensive. Most hotekls don't charge or only €10.

Value for money. Food was high quality.
