“ Lorraine, the young woman who runs the Tower B & B, was very sweet and helpful. She's a great cook and we enjoyed her traditional irish breakfast. Her home is clean and tidy, decorated tastefullly, comfortable and welcoming to visitors. She has two delightful children who we saw going off to school. ”

On the scenic Sky Road overlooking beautiful Clifden Bay, the family-run Tower View B&B is located 3.5 km from Clifden town. Lovely sea views feature in every room, and guests can enjoy hearty, full Irish breakfasts. Bright and airy, the rooms at Tower View overlook the Atlantic Ocean and each feature a flat-screen TV to sit and relax with. Every room has its own en suite bathroom, as well as a hairdryer. Breakfast is served every morning, and includes a range of options including smoked salmon with scrambled egg, a continental selection, and traditional cooked breakfasts. Tea and coffee facilities area available free to use in the dining area throughout the day. Free parking is available, and Connemara’s beautiful national park is 15 minutes’ drive away. Ferries to the pretty Inishbofin Islands run from Knockabrack, which is 15 minutes’ drive away, and Connemara Golf Club is 20 minutes away by car. Lorraine, the young woman who runs the Tower B & B, was very sweet and helpful. She's a great cook and we enjoyed her traditional irish breakfast. Her home is clean and tidy, decorated tastefullly, comfortable and welcoming to visitors. She has two delightful children who we saw going off to school. The view was great and the location was convenient to town, but peaceful and calm. I would certainly recommend her and her home to anyone who was looking for an experience with real Irish hospitality.

Hemos quedado encantados del trato de los dueños. Son un matrimonio muy amable. La casa está muy limpia y está situada en sky road lower a unos 5 min en coche de clifden. El desayuno fue estupendo, además la música de fondo crea un ambiente muy agradable. De la casa se ve la bahía de Clifden y se puede hacer un paseo de 1,5h aproximadamente por la Sky Road (ruta del cielo) y admirar el paisaje costero.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation géographique du B&B qui surplombe la baie de Clifden, l'accueil et la gentillesse des hotes, et le calme du logement! Les hotes parlent clamement et prennent le temps de connaitre les invités. La chambre était un petit peu petite.

Le nom est bien choisi : la vue est superbe et la proximité de Clifden permet de bénéficier des avantages de la ville tout en étant au calme, détendu. Accueil très chaleureux. Petits déjeuners fort réussis. Chambre vraiment agréable.
