Location was perfect for our visit, surrounded by bars and restaurants and minutes distance from shops! Staff were amazing, so helpful and welcoming and our room was excellent. Great value for money!!
The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Many great pubs nearby. The room was huge for most city standards.
The breakfast buffet was very busy and always running out of items like coffee, water, and eggs. We stayed in two different rooms (one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end) and the in-room wifi only worked in one of the rooms. You can hear a lot of street noise from the rooms.
The Buffet Breakfast Location Comfort Great Value
shampoo and shower gel were really diluted!
The Whiskey corner. Friendly and helpful reception. £62.00 / night.
The rooms are starting to look a little tired. WiFi restrictions.
Room was very disappointing and not worth the upgrade to an executive standard .
Everything central location value for money.
My single bed was a little worn
The location is fantastic and right in the heart of the city centre. Room we stayed in was very very spacious and clean. Also very quiet so we both got a good nights sleep. Bar downstairs is well worth a visit as they had acoustic artists on who were great.
The girl who checked us in was very rude and abrupt. She also claimed to have taken payment when we checked in. This was queried when we were checking out as another girl at reception then told us she was taking our payment....needs a better system or possibly some staff training to let customers know the room is being held on your card till check out.
Friendly staff, comfy beds, location was perfect for reaching everywhere in Dublin.
Wifi was not available on my handset. It kept saying invalid. Rooms were slightly colder than expected.
central location, clean, nice room, hot shower
not enough Irish accents
Room was cold even with the heating being left on for the duration of our stay. Main reason for this is the poor condition of the windows which also means noise from the street is very bad early in the mornings.
The location of the hotel is superb, Staff, Room Space and bathroom was clean. Safe and secure location as it is busy on the street outside the hotel. My room was quiet and the other guests were quiet but you could hear the air conditioning vents in the yard which would wake me up. A pleasant hotel.
My room was dusty in places(possibly from lack of use) but as the week passed it was better cleaned i.e. because it was occupied. It is a little overpriced. I think €65 a night without breakfast is too expensive. I have stayed in better hotels for cheaper but then again I have found worse hotels more expensive.
Rooms were cleaned early in day.
Barman in late bar, noise inside and outside of hotel during the night.
Central to everything. Lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and very good value. The bar and bar staff were a+. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back
did not get much sleep due to noise from what I think was a generator next to our room.
All over no value for money
The staff was very accomodating - willing to help us throughout our stay. The price was great, and the room was very functional. The location is hard to beat - just a quick walk to a seemingly endless number of restaurants and bars.
wifi was pretty slow
The lobby was very inviting with the Christmas tree and Christmas lights on the Windows. It was very festive. I liked the breakfast room. Lovely and bright.
No complaints except there was no marmalade for breakfast and the croissants were very hard.
Location, breakfast was grand and staff were great and very helpful
Wifi blackspots in the hotel made it difficult to do work my room, had to go an sit downstairs in the lobby to work...
Very poor wiifi in rooms
Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Wi-fi didn't work. Noisy in hotel.
Amazing location, polite and helpful staff. At the time of booking I read a few complaints about noise etc. but our room on the 4th floor was very quiet. Anyway, you are in the heart of Temple Bar, so should expect it to be buzzing. Spot on.
The staff were excellent and very polite couldn't do enough for you
Location excellent. Very noisy at night however that's to be expected.
The staff were not welcoming when we arrived and answered the phone in the middle of dealing with us. One did not understand what we had meant when we said "check in". When we got keys we weren't even told what floor we were on. The room which we had booked was an executive suite and I had emailed when I booked that Id like two beds in it instead of one double. We were put into a twin room, which was quoted on booking.com 40 euro less than en exec suite however reception staff said there was no difference in price. After ten minutes on hold, we hung up and rang them again. We were told we would have to wait half an hour for our new room. I rang back after half an hour and was told that it would be another 15 minutes. Previous to arriving we emailed asking about parking. We were told that the stamp would get us a reduced rate or 12.50 instead of 15. Once we had the stamp we went to the car park, the attendant told us the stamp made no difference and we were charged 15. The room was not worth 105 euro for one night with no breakfast.
Excellent value for money
Comfy bed good sized room lovely entrance and foyer nice seating area
Small bathroom in need of updating quite shabby also given a twin room on arrival but booked a double had to ask staff for double
