Free car park. Good location My boyfriend and I regulary visit waterford as we have family there. We normally stay at another hotel but always wanted to stay at the tower as we've had a lovely meal there before and the staff were nice. Upon booking I requested a room with a view but we were put in a corner room with a view of a noisy air vent! My boyfriend wanted to have a bath but ran the water 3 times before the water was clear. We were so disappointed with this as we were really looking forward to it! Definitely will not be staying here ever again

The food was great and plenty of it.the leasure centre was fantastic and we used the pool both days of our stay .if we go back to waterford we will certainly be staying in the tower.it wa s also very good value for money. Geraldine We loved everything if we had any complaint it was that the hotel was too hot.

I have stayed at the Tower Hotel and Leisure Centre many times. I find it so convenient - you can park your car and access most areas on foot without having to look for parking etc. The staff are friendly and helpful and the leisure centre is quite good as well. I always enjoy my visit.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the airport. The areas just outside the town have the most spectacular views, in fact, they were breathtaking. We took the tour of the Waterford crystal factory (5 minute walk from hotel) it was wonderful.

I liked the friendly staff and the location of the hotel to the theater royale I did not like the fact that there are no smoking rooms in the hotel, we pay the same to stay in the hotel and should be able to enjoy a cuppa tea with a cigarette in the privacy of our own room, I think smokers are discriminated against as there is no proper covered smoking area in this hotel and guests were smoking at the front door which to me in worse as non smokers have to pass in and out of the hotel. Please consider improving the smoking area and allocating some rooms for smokers

There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is extreamly noisey. Our room was on the second floor to the back of the hotel, however all the generators/swimming pool generator were under our window and kept us awake both nights, so we were extreamly tired when leaving the hotel! Also there were two weddings on both nights and the music from the reception was very loud. Would not stay here again.

The convenience of being close to the city centre The beds are small, the room needs tidying, eg plug sockets broken skirting boards damaged, poor wifi reception, small tv with snowy reception , traffic noise

The hotel was lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was disapointed with the leisure centre, it was not quite up to scratch in my standards on cleanness, but over all we enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't fault the staff or facillities at the Tower Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and very polite. The room was clean and spacious. Service in the bar was prompt and friendly (prices better than I expected for a hotel bar). We only ate breakfast at the hotel but the selection of hot and cold foods was excellent. We only stayed one night at the Tower Hotel as we were on our way from Cardiff to Derry for Christmas and as part of my family originated in Waterford I wanted to find where they lived. There was nothing I didn't like about the Tower Hotel except that we only had one night there. We woulfd have no resevations about booking this hotel again.
