It had all we needed for a one night stop over, a clean comfortable bed, new tv. staff, when we found one, were quite clueless. |

It's location on the outskirts of the city. For the price can not complain but my spouse found it difficult to understand that a hotel did not have a bar - i.e it should not be called hotel without proper facilities. |

Good clean hotel in great location of Limerick. With all services near to the hotel. Rooms are clean and big. This hotel offers the a bed and shower for the traveller who wants to get a good night sleep. Why pay for those extra's when you don't use them. Not far from the major shopping centres in Limerick. Also good acess to the Dublin or Cork roads, without having to travel through the city centre Only point is that it is close to the main road, but still got a good night sleep |

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the university. The reception was left unmanned for periods of longer than 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting to check in. |

Were pleasantly suprised - was not equiped for not having shampoo etc in bathroom but am happy with that now we know. Also would like to have known there was no hairdryer but knowing that for the future is no problem. |

It was where I wanted to be, next to the University. It was a bit noisy with the road just next to it. |

Room was absolutely boiling when we entered after spending all day in the heat of the sun, windows could not be opened to allow air into room. When asked for a fan,we were given a tiny useless thing that did not cool down the room.Had to sit in my car for a few hours to escape the heat. |

Was affordable, and very satisfactory for the price. Only complaint would be that the hot water took a bit to start up. But overall a very minor issue. |
