The wall socket was hanging out. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the carpet in the bedroom was so filthy I made sure I was never barefoot.
The bed was comfortable.
Dirty room....staff didn't care... smart in their replies... dog in bedroom areas of hotel??? Didn't get room we paid for.... no remote control or hairdryer
The rooms were really hot and not very ventilated we walked in and it was roasting hot. There was no AC only a heater and the rooms were very stuffy
The staff were nice and friendly
The hotel was full of gymnastic competitors, judges and coaches for a National Final at University of Limerick, and breakfast didn't start till 7.30, which was too late for almost all as we had a 7.45am start unfortunately.
Making up the beds.
Manager made sure all our needs were met and the reception staff were always so welcoming and friendly
Staff not very polite or helpful
Location and rooms perfect
Had the money taken off my card before I even checked in
At midnight a group of teenage girls were shouting and running about our floor getting ready to go out! We complained and were told they were returning at 3am. We asked that they were kept quite on returning and the staff did their best to ensure this, but we were still woken up by them.
The location was easy to find and the rooms were large and comfortable with comfy beds. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.
Room v cold and no additional covers, ineffective heating, TV didn't work, remote was broken, no shower gel in bathroom
Good location and value for money.
When we first arrived we asked to buy a bottle of water from the fridge behind him, he wouldnt allow us instead insisted to go to the vending machine as he doesnt want to have to restock the fridge again. he then made a huge deal that if we made a sound then we wouldnt get our deposit back, so instead of doing anything our first time in limerick we went straight to sleep. Then to be awoken at about 5 in the morning by a young guy banging down a door close by screaming and shouting at whoever was inside. The guy at reception really wasn't one bit welcoming or nice when we arrived. Although when we left the next day the other man was very lovely
The room decor was lovely
No restaurant of its own
Close to my seminar location
The bathroom and the room had an awful odour. The bathroom smelled like urine and the room did not smell fresh. A run-down appearance and feeling.
The staff at reception were very friendly, polite and courteous. Excellent rating on the staff.
Having to pay for wifi in rooms, especially when travelling with children.
Convenience to local amenities. Very good value for money, especially when travelling with a group.
Staff at reception were very friendly! appeared the girl was being trained up by her colleague! she was very friendly and told us to have a lovely stay! Makes all the difference! Hotel ideal location and very clean
I paid €47 for a mid week which i had to book at last minute. I felt it was a bit steep for a tuesday and wednesday night.
Clean, easy to check in and out. Safe - well lit to the car park.
Sterile and soul less and no offering for food other than adjoining cafe with useless service.
Very basic room. Cold upon arrival, shower curtain creased and falling down. Noisy location. Not as nice as Dublin St Stephens green. Wished I had paid extra and stayed at a nice hotel. Would not go back.
Not a lot!
Easy to find and good parking.
For Free WiFi you have to sit in the reception area, you have to pay for WiFi in your room. You advertise free parking, so we thought we had to park outside and it was full. No-one told us or advertised that there was underground parking.I had to ask where can we park & then only found out. Only one other car was parked underground. You don't advertise that you can get breakfast on a Sunday morning at Cafe Noir. We brought a cooler bag with our breakfast. We looked up Cafe Noir and it said closed at 6pm everyday and closed on Sundays.
The room and bed were very good and clean.
Staff very abrupt and confusing to deal with. Phone in room broken. Room very hard to heat. No free wifi. Restaurant advertised, but it is entirely separate to hotel.
Clean and good location
