Unlike other hotels when some times next doors guests can be noisey and keep you awake, in this hotel all the noise was from the room above, and each foot step could be heard with creeking floor boards. We could hear every word of a conversation, so sound proofing is a big problem. |

it was fairly close to city centre Dublin, but not amdist the city crowds etc. Our flight arrived at 7am and we were not allowed to check in until 3pm w/ out a heavy fee, so that was frustrating and tiring having to wait for the hotel to allow us to check in, after having a sleepless, long, international flight. |

The beds were comfortable and the curtains really blocked out the light. Also the proce! Not enought towels or cups - i.e. room for 3 people only 2 cups and towels. |

Clean, comfortable. The front desk worker when we checked in was a little confused. He had a very difficult time finding our booking. It seemed much farther from the city center than it said. We had to take a taxi and it was quite expensive. There was a bus stop (we took a bus when we left the hotel) but it was a long walk from the hotel. |

The room was nice. The bed was comfy and they had a restaurant on site that was reasonably priced. It was cheap and I guess we got what we paid for at 29 Euros a night. The staff was not very friendly when we arrived and there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom that appeared to be covered by paint (apparently not well enough). My husband also almost fell out of the shower. There was a sign that said wet surfaces may be slippery but we at least expected to be able to walk in the shower. As well, the shower curtain didn't keep the water from going onto the bathroom floor and I almost slipped and fell trying to walk in the room. (I had a towel on the floor for when I got out of the tub but there was so much water that it didn't get it all up.) |

car parking facilities. restaurant on site. pleasant staff. not enough towels in room for 3 people. also, the fact that it is considerably dearer to make a reservation by phone than on line. |

There was a very long que at reception when we arrived with only one girl on reception. Both myself and my wife do not smoke and therefore we booked a non-smoking room. The room we got was a smoking room and the smell in the room was dreadful. We opened the window to let in some air but had to close it due to the noise of traffic outside. The television channels had very poor signal and only one channel was actually watchable. The bathroom was dirty and the fan was covered in dust and cobwebs. This hotel really needs a face lift. |

staff was amazing and the cleanliness of the entire hotel the location is a bit off the beaten track but if you do not mind the bus ride in and out of town it is a really great hotel for the money. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and great value for money. Also coffee/tea making facilities was a good idea. We would have liked a timetable and information on the buses in our room and what numbers to take to get us into town and where to catch it etc |

very friendly staff with cheerful disposition and always a smile, nothing was too much trouble. it was near to the airport, city and to phoenix park so it was ideally situated for us. the only downside was that there were many rooms booked to tradesmen from a few different companies, so there was a fair bit of noise. luckily we were on the other side of the travelodge so were not disturbed. |

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the restaurant very good for the money. Would recommend there all day breakfast. Not like but I wished they had a bar there, it would have made it a little better as no one can predict the weather. |

I liked that it was close to the NAC because my two children were swimming in a gala there over two days. it was also close to phoenix park and castleknock. yes the receptionist had problems booking me in, my reservation did not show up on your system, also there was some problem processing my payment, i had to cal back later for my receipt! I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and sofa that the children were sleeping on and extra towels because there two adults and two children to get showers. |
