The cleanliness of the rooms and great value for money. Also coffee/tea making facilities was a good idea. We would have liked a timetable and information on the buses in our room and what numbers to take to get us into town and where to catch it etc |

very friendly staff with cheerful disposition and always a smile, nothing was too much trouble. it was near to the airport, city and to phoenix park so it was ideally situated for us. the only downside was that there were many rooms booked to tradesmen from a few different companies, so there was a fair bit of noise. luckily we were on the other side of the travelodge so were not disturbed. |

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the restaurant very good for the money. Would recommend there all day breakfast. Not like but I wished they had a bar there, it would have made it a little better as no one can predict the weather. |

I liked that it was close to the NAC because my two children were swimming in a gala there over two days. it was also close to phoenix park and castleknock. yes the receptionist had problems booking me in, my reservation did not show up on your system, also there was some problem processing my payment, i had to cal back later for my receipt! I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and sofa that the children were sleeping on and extra towels because there two adults and two children to get showers. |

Fast checkin, no checkout. Access good as close to main road. Too close to road, high level of traffic noise at night, drawback to good access. |

Ease of parking, and access to motorway and airport, as well as links to city centre, and the nearby Blanchardstown large shopping centre.. Pillows lacked any substance, and I had to use both to provide sufficient support. This is something I could not have done with anyone else in the room. |

The beds were very comfortable On our second day we had lots of ants in the room and on our sleeping baby so obviously had to move room. No assistance was given, just a couple of room keys so I could choose. Not easy when you have a sleeping baby in the room. |
