the staff were extremely helpful the room was very hot, requiring heating to be turned off and window thrown open... waste of energy. could use less heat, help conserve the environment and reduce cost of rooms further |

Comfort, all facilities I expected, and good value for money Not on a bus route ( I had no car); I was also surprised my bed was never made up during my three night stay, despite fresh towels etc! |

The hotel and rooms were grubby in both cases, and the room no.2 Had a broken bed and the bedding was grubby with stains. We will not be staying here in the future. This has been the worst experience of a travelodge anywhere in great britain. I have sent an email to travelodge but have not received a reply. |

As usual the room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we were disturbed a number of times during nights 2 and 3 by very noisy people. |

Convienent for the airport, good for access to the countryside. Also very good access to the motorway system. Shame was there was no bar, as we knew there was drink available, but would of been nice to have some relaxation. Felt there was not a very good restaurant nearby to have a proper breakfast, eg: cereals, and not chips for your breakfast. |

The hotel is ideally situated for the airport as well as main roads connecting all the tourist attractions. It is a short drive to the park and ride which takes you into the main part of the city centre attractions. If you dont want to eat fast food at the attached franchise, the city centre is a good option as well as the area around Tesco at Douglas, 5 minutes down the by pass. Take the second douglas turn off, right at the lights and as you cross the cross roads there as good eating places either side of the road as well as a Thai restaurant a bit further along on the left. We arrived at 12 told to come back at 3 or pay 10€ more. At 3 we were told the room would not be ready till 4. All was well after that except whatever they clean the Loo with had a worse smell than an old loo. |

quick, simple and cheap hotel for an overnight stop. The american style dinner was not the best. There is a really nice pub up the road that does great food though. Only 10 min walk away. |

Eddies Eatery was quite novel!! Staff were very helpful. This is applicable to all Travel Lodges not just yours, but the tea making facilities are very sparse. My wife ended up going to reception for sugar in her nightie!! |
