Tilava, viihtyisä ja siisti huone, historiallinen rakennus. Sijainti erinomainen, lähes Dublinin historiallisten nähtävyyksien keskellä. Lähellä myös vilkasta pubi- ja ravintola-aluetta, mutta riittävän etäällä ollakseen rauhallinen. Ostoskatu ja -keskus myös lähellä. Hyvät ruokailumahdollisuudet myös hotellin ravintolassa. Ystävällinen, palveleva henkilökunta.

Sisäpihan roska-astioiden tyhjennys puolen yön aikaan (ilmeisesti maan tapa) häiritsi hetken parina iltana, kun olimme paikalla. Kadun puolella taloa tämä tosin ei varmaankaan kuulu. 200 v. vanhaan taloon jälkeenpäin tehdyt vesi- ja wc-kalusteratkaisut olivat suomalaiselle hieman erikoiset, eivätkä toimineet aina ihan täydellisesti.

Parasta oli sijainti, huoneen koko ja mahtavat vuoteet.

Kylpypyyhkeet vietiin 2 pvää ennen lähtöämme eikä uusia tuotu pyytäenkään. Pienet käsipyyhkeet saimme, mutta kyllä iso pyyhe/asiakas kuuluu ilman muuta hintaan. Ei hyvä tämäntasoiselle ja -hintaiselle hotellille. Aamiaisella loppui toisinaan jokin ruoka kesken.

Our room was available for us in the early morning when we arrived from an overnight flight from Boston. We were in desperate need of a nap and we were thrilled that we could check in before the regular time.

Heater did not work. We were told someone would look at it but they never did. We used a space heater for heat.

Friendly helpful staff

Lack of 24 hour staffing; no room service, no lift. These are the expectations of a 4 star hotel and are a disadvantage for non able bodied guests. This information should be prominent on the website.

Excellent location. Room clean and generous in size. Good bathroom. Staff friendly.

Parking facilities inadequate. Mattress unsatisfactory. Breakfast could be better.

Great location to all : shoping , restaurants, pubs and sightseeing. Mostly quiet location, and staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful.

No Lift, but being a historcal building, some improvements are not permissable. Restaurant is across the street and the continental breakfast was not included in the Bookings.com price.

It was a quiet place, not a lot of noise in the street. It was close too the Grafton Street, and near the Temple Bar area.

The first room I have, wasn't the room that I order. But the manager of the hotell give us another room after too days.

Easy location and just out of the way so not noisy at night, friendly service

Thought it was a little overpriced, there was also a cafe under our room so there was thudding music in the afternoon/early evening, no problem with it at night though

Very stylish. Lovely big room for two people. Nice big bathroom. Beautiful old building in historic part of Dublin, very well adapted to a hotel. Unfortunately, no lift, apparently due to historic restrictions. Excellent location, lovely quiet street.

it was very comfortable and the windows opened - fresh air..

Parking next door was SUPER expensive - did not like that....
