No bath Electrical plugs didn't work I worked 15 hours to pay for this room and I was very disappointed with it,if this was deluxe, I would not like to think what you classify as standard.
Breakfast was excellent and the room was fresh and newly renovated.
1)60+ steps to get to room\ 2)on arrival day one tissue left in box neatly folded instead of replacing when obviously only one tissue remaining (new box never replaced 3) smudges on door frames need to be cleaned off
Room quite nice
Going up 6 flights of stairs ! We are two 70 yr olds ! For £240 ! No Lift and no Lounge - an absolute DISGRACE!!!! A B& B would have been better AND cheaper! Kathleen Long BELFAST
Lovely room and good location
We were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator!
price to high
You have to pay for wifi The bed was hard, pillow too Not enough bedding (no duvet) so I was freezing all night Hot breakfast slow to come and poor quality Coffee undrinkable Shower primitive No desk light
The price, location, cleanliness, breakfast.
No lounge. Nowhere to relax just bedroom.
Location, breakfast, reception helpful and friendly
Sofa bed not that comfortable. Not enough biscuits for three people
Nothing really, was disappointed, wouldn't stay again
We were in room 10- 63 stairs up and then 63 stairs down to the room, small room, nowhere to sit and because we booked through a booking agent and not direct we had to pay for Internet axcess. Had we have been told about stairs we would not have stayed there Also very noisy, bottles from nearby hotel rattled into bins all night.
Quiet street Great Location Wonderful breakfasts spacious room modern bath a.c. helpful staff
Stairs, no ac in hallway
The staff were friendly and the building was very interesting with great art. This was our first stop in Ireland and the position was very central. The breakfast was very good and there were many places to eat nearby.
Carrying our large bags up the three flights of stairs was challenging. We are not young. Also it was very warm up there with no air conditioning. Probably good in winter but not so good if it's hot.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good
Front desk wasn't very helpful in terms of suggestions for entertainment and dining. NO ELEVATOR - we were on the 4th floor and had to carry bags. No one asked about this before our arrival. Luckily we are healthy and fit; would be impossible for older visitors. Not a B&B, but no amenities like a bar or lounge like a hotel.
The room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast was excellent.
The bed was uncomfortable.
New bathroom and room. Super clean. BEST location. Great breakfast
A little pricy
An easy walk to everything that makes Dublin a great city...Trinity College, St Stephens Green, dozens of pubs, Grafton Street...a few minutes away. Staff was outstanding in terms of courtesy, knowledge, patience. They left a much appreciated breakfast bag on our door handle when they realized we had to depart early for our drive to the airport. Settle in for a few nights and enjoy Dublin at your doorstep. Parking, if needed, is expensive. Staff will help and Trinity Lodge gets a discount. But ideally take a taxi from airport if rental not needed. Be aware that we did not see an elevator and it is multi-level.
good if you offered free parking
location, rooms, quiet street, staff,
In Central Dublin, great breakfast, wonderful staff, clean, comfortable and near Trinity College. Close to shops, cafes, pubs and nightlife. Great Georgian accommodation with style. Love this hidden gem!
There is no lift so request a maximum first floor unit if older or have large suitcases.
Central location Staff Breakfast
Stairs, third floor.
Location (walked everywhere we wanted to go for three days), surprisingly quiet. Staff very helpful. Air conditioning in the room!
Narrow stairs and large suitcases never go well together, but we expected it. Room was very warm initially, but the AC unit cooled it down.
Very comfortable room and great location for a two-night sightseeing stay with a couple of friends. Also a very helpful receptionist who forwarded some clothes I stupidly left behind. Also they were able to find us a great taxi driver for a half day city tour.
No elevator (Stairs are a little difficult for folks of our age - especially with a month's worth of luggage.)
Location Air Conditioning in Room Price
No Air Conditioning in Bathroom A lot of stairs to room, no help with bags
The location was perfect: situated across from trinity college, easy walking distance to sights, restaurants and buses, but also down a quiet street with parking garage around the corner. Our room was huge. Breakfast was delicious and varied.
