Location & good size rooms

No lifts & big climb to our room on the top floor. Anyone who's unfit or had difficulty with stairs needs to look elsewhere.

Good location, in the center of town

No lift. forced to carry the luggage up to the third floor Very uncomfortable bed, better in the second night, when the mattress was changed Very poor breakfast

The location is ideal! Excellent access to the hop on - hop off bus and walking distance to so many of the great tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay at Trinity Lodge!

No elevator with heavy suitcases. Had to go up 3 & 4 flights up!

Only the internet was good

1. There is no lift. Your website does not mention this. 2. Taking suitcases to the 3 rd floor is not easy especially for over 65+ years. Besides climbing the 3 floors is no joke. The girl did help us with 1 suitcase but she was also wheezing but that is no excuse. A helper to be on duty at all times woukld have been sufficient. If they dont have a lift this should have been told to us 3. I must get back my money as I was cheated 4. BREAKFAST: Awful . They give 1 croissant, 1 juice, 1 milk in a paper bag. No Butter, No jam nothing We could have had a nice cooked breakfast for half the price at any of the numerous restaurants in the vicinity. 5. The furniture is all cheap stuff 6. Two dirty platic glasses. 7. There is no help available after 10 PM. If we ask for help after 10 pM for non emergency reasons, there is a charge of 50 Euros THIS IS B GRADE HOTEL CHARGING EXORBITANT RATES PLS GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

It was bed and breakfast - The breakfast was serverd in a small paper bag buying items from the nearby grocery - Totally unprofessional and why would anybody pay 10 Euros for something you can get for 5 euros down the street<>>>

The location and staff were excellent. We stayed at several nice hotels in New York, Dublin and Boston on this trip. This was my daughter's favorite one.

We had instant coffee in the room but no breakfast. The recommended nearby cafes were excellent. It would be nice to have fresh coffee available.

As with most places like this it is hard to get a good nights sleep because the beds are so hard. Invest in better mattresses and the place would be perfect.

Wi-fi only available at a cost which we felt was unreasonable, continental breakfast which was delivered to room was not good value or worth bothering with.

Describing this hotel as boutique on booking.com is stretching it to say the least. It is old fashioned. Tv was really old, kettle old and temperamental, shower was like a dribble. Needs updating.

Location was superb especially as a visitor from a foreign country and not familiar with Dublin.

We got a very small room on the third floor, the sheets were a grey/white so must have been either quite old or badly washed. The shower did not work and as we were in a hurry to get out and about we just had a wash - wish I had taken the time to report it but it should have been working in the first place. We wouldn't stay there again but if young and fit and just wanting a bed for the night the location is very good. Don't know how it got 4 * rating...

The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull.The hotel was very clean.I had a very pleasant stay.I would stay as this hotel again and would recommend it.

TV did not work Bedside lighting poor Very few sockets for access No hot breakfast available I boos breakfast for 4 on line but was not informed that there was no facility for sit down breakfast this was not good value for money

Lovely welcome - room sorted and ready for early check in and very helpful staff.

High quality room in a quiet, yet central location. Very reasonable pricing for a city centre hotel. Also located opposite a great Italian restaurant, Dunne and Crescenzi.

Found the hearing system difficult to manage - couldn't get the temperature right. Some instructions on the wall control unit might help.

There was a party on in the hotel and there was music playing until 7.30am, we got no sleep and couldn't even ring reception as there would be a call out fee after a certain time. Disaster!! Would not recommend to anyone
