Personalen och läget. Flygplasbussen stannade precis runt hörnet. Nära till allt och så slapp vi passera receptionen varje gång man gick in eller ut eftersom vi bodde i det andra huset. Geroge's där man åt frukost var också trevligt med vänlig personal som fixade allt man kunde önska. Rummet var också lagom stort för tre personer. Det luktade unkdet i trapphuset - troligen beroende på heltäckningsmattan kan gissa att den aldrig har fått torka ordentligt. |

Hotellet har ett perfekt läge i Dublin. Personalen är mycket trevlig. Vårt rum var stort, nyrenooverat och rent. Frukosten var bra. Rummet var placerat i källarläge, vilket tyvärr ger en mörk känsla. Det var dessutom inte optimalt planerat. Krokar och hyllor i badrummet saknades helt! (möjligen beroende på att det verkar helt nyrenovderat) |

Läget är oslagbart! Hotellpersonalen fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam! Rent och snyggt överallt. Enkel men god frukost och möjlighet att öka på frukost med ett stort utbud. Helt enkelt ett ställe jag kommer att återkomma till! |

Närheten till city, personalen trevlig. Inte illa ! Men ej ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, liten frukostbuffe i rumspriset, rummet litet men okej. Skulle rekommendera hotellet vid en stjärna mindre. |

Our room was available for us in the early morning when we arrived from an overnight flight from Boston. We were in desperate need of a nap and we were thrilled that we could check in before the regular time. Heater did not work. We were told someone would look at it but they never did. We used a space heater for heat. |

Friendly helpful staff Lack of 24 hour staffing; no room service, no lift. These are the expectations of a 4 star hotel and are a disadvantage for non able bodied guests. This information should be prominent on the website. |

Great location,friendly staff, good price. As it's an old building , guests need to be better informed about systems for room and water heating.Given the standards of room and furnishings, the TVs in the rooms need to be upgraded. |

Excellent location. Room clean and generous in size. Good bathroom. Staff friendly. Parking facilities inadequate. Mattress unsatisfactory. Breakfast could be better. |

This was a good hotel, close to many city sights, as well as the Hop On, Hop Off bus stop. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was tasty with ample food choice. |

Great location to all : shoping , restaurants, pubs and sightseeing. Mostly quiet location, and staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. No Lift, but being a historcal building, some improvements are not permissable. Restaurant is across the street and the continental breakfast was not included in the Bookings.com price. |

It was a quiet place, not a lot of noise in the street. It was close too the Grafton Street, and near the Temple Bar area. The first room I have, wasn't the room that I order. But the manager of the hotell give us another room after too days. |

Easy location and just out of the way so not noisy at night, friendly service Thought it was a little overpriced, there was also a cafe under our room so there was thudding music in the afternoon/early evening, no problem with it at night though |

The staff was very nice and helpful. We felt we got a very personal service. The room we had (Delux family room) was airy and even though it had 2 kingsize beds was very spacious. A member of staff helped us carry our lugage up as there wasn't a lift. It could be a problem for family with children or people disabilities. |

Very stylish. Lovely big room for two people. Nice big bathroom. Beautiful old building in historic part of Dublin, very well adapted to a hotel. Unfortunately, no lift, apparently due to historic restrictions. Excellent location, lovely quiet street. No lift. |

The location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Grafton Street and Trinity College. The room was clean and the bathroom excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Also appreciated the air conditioning. I have stayed in several places in Dublin and this was by far the best - excellent value for money. It didn't bother me, but there is no lift in the hotel, so those with babies/prams or those less bodily able might not want to pick Trinity Lodge. |
