Location in the centre of Dublin, yet quiet. Guests have a key to the whole building, which makes you feel like you have your own flat in Dublin. If that's what you're looking for. Rooms on the small side, reception hours not convenient if you're on an early morning flight. No elevator so if you're on the top floor you'd better travel light, or be a regular at a gym. |

I liked that that the people working at the hotel are really hospitable and care about customers. I also liked the location of the hotel Sometimes the keys were not working and there is no elevator, nor fridge. The door in my room did not lock properly |

Friendly staff and the food was good. Good central location and within walking distance of most areas. Due to surrounding bars it is very noisy late in the evening especially in rooms to the front. |

the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast service was poor. The waitresses did not serve us for 15 minutes, even though it was not busy. The breakfast we ordered was incorrect and it took 20 minutes to arrive. The staff did not care too much when this was pointed out. Also the nightclub next door did not help too much.They need double glazed window.Overall poor service for breakfast but excellent service by the receptionists |

The hotel is centrally located (half a block to Trinity College) and within walking distance of nearly all the sites, restaurants, and pubs. There is quick, easy access to the hotel by bus from the airport. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. I recommend the hotel highly. No. |

The breakfasts. Proximity to centre town. Helpful staff. There was a fair amount of street noise from people talking and shouting while walking to and from the local bars. It would be quieter if the rooms were airconditionned because windows could then be closed. |
